Thanks for stopping by everyone. Couple of things I'd like to share with you: Firstly, the official petition to make knife crime prevention a compulsory requirement for all (UK) school curriculum (endorsed by the James Brindley foundation - a charity very close to my heart) is ALMOST at 10,000 signatures. We're just a couple of hundred off! It would mean the world to my old mate Jim's family if we could get this over the 10k mark and force the Government to listen. Here is the link: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/634860 Secondly, our good friend Ben Cook (Dribbling Britain + Running across Wales in a day) has just completed a pretty damn impressive run of his own up in the North East, raising money for Russ Cook's running Charity. Check it out here: www.justgiving.com/page/metrothon Thanks everyone for hearing me out and especially to those who have signed or donated. Have a great weekend one and all 💪
Tom is a geoguessr legend. All the pros know of him and a lot of them are fans. Maybe Tom's not the greatest in the world, but he has managed to popularize this game so much.
this exactly! It's so nice how Zigzag himself opened his version of this video up by saying that his yt channel would probably not exist without Geowizard and how Tom inspired him to get into Geoguessr in the first place. He inspired me too and so many other people, Tom is the real OG
So many players got into the game through GeoWizard until Rainbolt came along, and he's still one of the names everyone knows in the community. I remember one day back in ~2020 having a conversation with another geo player and I think it was about GeoWizard, and they brought up how they thought they were about at GeoWizard's level now, which made me realize that hey, I might be better than GeoWizard too, and that was a wild thought. (He's still way better than me at vibes.)
