Talent doesn’t make you great, it’s how you handle pressure situations, to be a truly all time great QB it’s how you perform under pressure, your intelligence and leadership. Tom Brady is not only the greatest winner of all time but he’s also the greatest leader, you can’t teach it, it’s something that comes from within. Mind you the Packers defense couldn’t stop a 10 year old RB that game but still Rodgers didn’t even give the defense a chance to stay in the game. Mr Rodgers folds like a house of cards against real competition - Mahomes spends most of his games running around the backfield like a chicken with his head cut off - good thing he has such good receivers to bail him out - If they had the receivers that Brady had for most of his time in NE they'd be sitting on the couch watching the conference finals
I'm a Brady fan, but let's not do "what-ifs". Mahomes has achieved tremendous success, and unlike Lamar or Baker, the dude's a fighter. He showed that to us last year in the playoffs. Just imagine, after Brady retires, Mahomes might be the next GOAT. Instead of dissing him, enjoy his career
Idk a lot about that era in football, However, I do know that in today’s football game, players are not able to get away with things compared to what many players back then did.
The fact that Tom Brady was not even MENTIONED is blasphemous of the highest order. I understand the Mahomes pick because he already looks like he’ll be top 3 all time when all is said and done, but Brady gets a mention with anybody, period
I’d rather have Mahomes. He’s been to the championship game every season he’s started. He’s already matched Aaron Rodgers with one championship but it Aaron has played over 10 years and hasn’t been back to the SB. Mahomes is like 28-2 in his last thirty games 🤯.
Like Stephen A said, it’s not Rodgers’ fault they were outscored in games. Gotta look at the defence for that. Then there were seasons where he had only one solid receiver and everyone else were question marks or butterfingers. Rodgers and Mahomes can run faster, throw further, but they will never possess those attributes especially on the same level.

Seahawks NFC championship is honestly a right off, Rodgers did his job, McCarthy, defense, and special teams completely failed theirs.
Last year versus the 49ers, honestly we got lucky to even be there but Rodgers did suck the entire first half. Mind you the Packers defense couldn’t stop a 10 year old RB that game but still Rodgers didn’t even give the defense a chance to stay in the game.
And I can’t think of the 3rd loss, pretty sure it was the Falcons where Green Bay ran the table in the regular season, but I don’t remember the game.

He just said he’ll take mahomes over Rodgers in value to their team ... take Rodgers out of Green Bay they win 3 games.

Take away Rodgers’ super bowl, and he’s a choker. They’d talk about him the same way they talk about Phillip Rivers.
I'm a Brady fan, but let's not do "what-ifs". Mahomes has achieved tremendous success, and unlike Lamar or Baker, the dude's a fighter. He showed that to us last year in the playoffs.
