Like I said in my review they have been stuffed in my bag without a case and they work fine.
Mine stopped charging
That's unfortunate. These are really good headphones. Unfortunately there will be exceptions in durability and longevity.
@Aryavisuals To be honest, I used it every day for 16 months straight, everywhere! It worked perfectly until the end, and then it just stopped charging altogether. I still use it with the aux on my laptop, though.
Should I get the newest version?
If you are fine with some if the steps backwards and forwards that come with the device. They don't fold like the old ones yet they have a small improvement in their noise cancelling ability and sound quality.
