I love their belts. Got the hybrid when they were on Kickstarter. Bought the wolf gray and black and it's been well over a year now and I wear their belt EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!!!!! Nice video!
I’ve had the hybrid belt for quite some time now and absolutely love it. The smaller sized cobra buckle easily fits through every belt loop I’ve tried. The belt has great rigidity and handles a 12+1 compact with additional EDC goodies without breaking a sweat. Highly recommend!
They're practically neighbors down here (given that anything within a hour's drive in Atlanta is "right next door"). I haven't looked around much yet, but I'd like to find something that looks like a standard leather belt & buckle for the office. Great review as usual, KS.
You’ve got some great companies close to you for sure Frank! Thankfully at I work, I wear jeans so don’t have much intel on dressier belts. Thank you and cheers as always!
I noticed that you also did a video about the Vedder EDC Belt. How does the Blue Alpha Gear stack up against the belt from Vedder? And if you had to choose one which one and why?
Can't carry at work.....that's a bummer. I would feel naked without one of my carry pistols. I have been on the hunt for a new belt, excited to give this one a try.
@@KSGunGuy01 They don't really have anything that looks very teacher appropriate. The low profile belt that you discussed in this review is about as close as it gets.
I love the hybrid belt, it's been my new edc belt for last couple months. Had to ditch the Kore Essentials ratcheting belt, cuz of poor quality belt. Make it to tight, the teeth would rip through the belt and bye bye gun and holster right in the middle of town. I don't have that kind of problem with BlueAlpha Hear. Love it!!
Wow! That’s not good to hear about Kore. I do agree about Blue Alpha though.... extremely impressed with the quality and service. Thank you and cheers!
@@joquin4618 yeah, I'm a big guy, 6'3 about 260lbs and pretty much have no ass. Lol. So I have to tighten my belt down real tight to hold up my Glock 19. I like being able to tighten the belt easily, but if you get it real tight ( which is what I like, cuz I hate having to pull my holster back up constantly) the inner material the Kore belt is made from is soft and those teeth just ware right through it. I had it break while sitting and walking around a store, and the only way to fix it is to keep cutting material off and relocking the teeth back down on the buckle. Go with BlueAlpha Gear for sure! I love the Hybrid, super easy to put through belt loops, and it definitely won't break.
Thanks for the recommendation. I paid $100 for a Ares gear Aegis belt, earlier this year. After 8 months It’s still nearly too stiff. And the buckle is huge, measures just under an inch in width. It does seem like you could tow an aircraft with it though. I’ll check this belt out next.
Right now I am using a Kore Essentials Trackline leather gun belt. I like the non-combat everyday look and the generous mini adjustments I get with this setup. Only knock is they are not incredibly durable. I had to switch to a new one after less than a year. In there defense, I’m a bit of a big guy so I put more stress on my belt than your average stick figure. Although I like the look of leather, I will be giving this belt a go. Combat ready!!!! Lol
Couldn’t find a single negative thing to say eh? Suspicious... I’ve had one for 2 weeks and found I can only thread it through belt loops one way - the wider buckle is too big for standard jeans belt loops.
Keith Espey - I suppose that is my point, had I known I had to do that every time I put it on with a mag holster and weapon holster I may have shopped around a bit more. Guess the standard review is only to show the good parts
How is that suspicious? That’s the whole point of the hybrid buckle. With the standard sized cobra buckle you have to remove the female end to get it thru your belt loops. How is he supposed to knock the belt when it accomplishes it’s goal of being feedable without removing the buckle?
I got the hybrid edc and it has fully replaced by leather belt
Thanks for the review! Glad you like them!
They are top notch! Thank you for the amazing work. Cheers!
My experience with BA wasn’t that good after 3 months my buckle was working properly and they did nothing about it
I love their belts. Got the hybrid when they were on Kickstarter. Bought the wolf gray and black and it's been well over a year now and I wear their belt EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!!!!! Nice video!
That’s awesome 32! I love hearing success stories and it doesn’t surprise me about the quality. Very impressed for sure. Thank you and cheers!
I've been wearing my Blue Alpha Gear Hybrid for over a year now...can't even tell it's older than a day. It's a great belt.
That’s awesome to hear! Thank you for sharing and cheers!
I agree the belt is the heart of your EDC.
Well said! Thank you and cheers!
The low profile is awesome! Have mine for about a year and still like new
Awesome belts for the money! EXCELLENT customer service! I've been wearing one daily for over a year and no issues.
Well said and I 100% agree! Thank you and cheers!

Nice looking gear. Thanks for the video.
Thank you very much! Cheers Kevin!
I had a good luck with inexpensive but stiff belts from Cabelas , wear them every day
No shame in that! Thank you and cheers Bald!
Do you have any coupon codes???
I bought one after watching 3 guys gun chat ....nice belts.
That’s awesome CCC! Glad you like it. Thank you and cheers!
I always get Blue Alpha and Blue Force gear mixed up... I have a few SOE EDC belts and as far as I can tell they're identical..
Lol you have such a radio voice, man. Good review on the belt!
Thank you very much! Means a lot brother. Cheers!
KSGunGuy did I hear you say in another review that you live in Kansas City, Mo?
Yes, I sure do.
KSGunGuy good to see a fellow Missourian on here. I'm 2 hours south of St. Louis near Cape Girardeau
HURT 1 right on! Small world

@Frank Hellman Google Kore Essential Belts. These are quality ratchet style gun belts. I have Black and Brown which work with everything.
@@ckim6400 - Will do, thx.
Thanks for the great review. I have been looking for a belt that I could wear every day.
I think you would really like them Christopher! Thank you and cheers brother!
I'm leaning towards the plastic clip buckle. great review as always.
Love my hybrid belt from blue alpha gear 👍
Awesome Jesse! Thank you and cheers brother!
I got a grey one. Fantastic belt. I dont think people realize how important the belt is. I wouldn't carry without it
That’s awesome and well said! Thank you and cheers!
I just purchased one of there cobra belts and love it so far. I also use 5.11 tacticals belts, which I equally love.
That’s awesome! I haven’t tried 5.11 though. These will probably be my only go tos at this point. Thank you and cheers!
Such good quality.
I agree InSight! Thank you and cheers brother!
like the small business for sure look good nice review brother

Yeah, it’s not ideal. Thankfully, it’s a very secure building. I think you’ll love the belt. Thank you and cheers!
I carry at work despite their crap policy...once they’re able to insure my safety with a few armed guards, I’m carrying.
I’m not allowed to get CAUGHT carrying at work. Got a P365 and a good ankle holster to mitigate that issue.
Great belts!
Thank you Suwat! Cheers brother!
Oh I see you DID do a review of the Blue alpha gear belt! How rigid is this compared to the vedder belt? Pretty comparable?
Great review, as always! I'll have to check out their website to see of they have more along the dress belt line.
That’s awesome Texan! Not sure what they have for that role, but their nylon belts are top notch. Thank you and cheers brother!

Back at ya!
bravo concealment belt is pretty nice to. Sadly they can't keep their belt in stock.
Great review KS, I’m due for a new belt after the damage from Thanksgiving dinner!
Thanks Kratos! All that food begs for a new belt indeed. Cheers!

Always important to have aircraft towing capabilities! That said, Alpha seems to have dialed it in. Thank you and cheers!
What kind of holster do you usually OWB? I kinda like Bravo Concealment.
I really like Renaissance Firearms Holsters for OWB. Thank you and cheers!
Mark Lindner Bravo is excellent 💪

I tend to beat up belts for the same reason. Blue Alpha seems to solve that issue! Thank you and cheers!
Im still using the 30 dollar gun belt based on Big Johnson's recommendation. Good review man.
Right on! Thank you and cheers!
Run the low profile. Rigid
I'll definitely be taking a closer look at Blue Alpha Gear as I continue looking for a new EDC belt.

Love there Belts , another Double 👍👍. And one more for hanging in there with the Freeze 😨. 👍. Stay Warm KS .......😎
Stay warm as well Steven! Cheers brother!
Only reason why I dont like this belt is that you can't adjust it easily.
How do? It’s literally just hook & loop. It doesn’t get much easier than that while maintaining structural integrity.
What magazine do u have on the thumbnail?
It's just a Glock factory +2 baseplate on a factory magazine. Thank you and cheers!
@@KSGunGuy01 ok cool! Thanks for the reply

Blue alpha is nice but SOE Tactical is the best!!!
Right on! Always good to have choices. Thank you and cheers!
They might be the best, but their prices are the worst. Blue Alpha Gear > SOE
SOE pioneered the cobra buckle edc belt....still 💯 top dog.
Cool belts as like the idea that for $20 you can have the belt re-sized for you as nice option....Good info sir....Good stuff...
I agree Scott! It’s a great feature they offer. Thank you and cheers!
Nice belts!!. I have been using the Vedder holsters belt for a couple of years wich looks like the second one in the video and I love it.
Thank you very much! Vedder does a good job indeed. Cheers!
Looks great. But in my experience, velcro gets beat up and can loose its gripiness.
Over many years I agree. Thankfully, they have a great warranty. Thank you and cheers!

I’ve had one for 2 weeks and found I can only thread it through belt loops one way - the wider buckle is too big for standard jeans belt loops.
I only feel the need to thread belts one way so the Blue Alpha works well. Thank you and cheers!
Take the male end off and thread it through your belt loops. Then just put the end back on and you good to go.

Lol, that's like literally every other standard built I've ever had. Not even sure why that would be noteworthy
