@@RahulKumar-mr7yb Everything in this world has it's own pros and cons. Like if you are a business man then your income will not be stable but you will not work under somebody. If you are a government employee you are unlikely to receive a fat paycheck basically you will have to live from hand to mouth but you will have job security. If you are an IT professional you will receive a handsome salary but will have to deal with enormous pressure due to lack of job security.
But I personally beleive that a fat paycheck can compensate for most of the things.

Yeah! financial education is very very important. Everybody should be taught how to manage their finances properly. Believe me it's the first and foremost requirement in today's environment.

I can seriously connect to all u said. Yes, this is the unfair reality and Yes, we have depression bcs of the daily pressures we go through. I am working at Corporate Bank, I won't say the name. After 1 year of working my ass off, I got deeply shattered that they promoted a guy who just made impression on my manager. Your story was really soothing, it gave an eye opening message.

Very true. This is the reality of IT sector. Office politics, no or minimum growth, no job security and it is said that salary is good but not true. No salary growth after a point

Pichwade chaatne walo ko promote krdiya jata hai! Galat baat ko galat bolna aur managers ko palat kr jawab dene walo ko terminate krdiya jata hai, yahi sachai hai is corporate ki. Speaking from practical experience.
I was also working in gurugram non it job. I did my B. Ed during my tenure. After completing my B. Ed I quit the job and started my preparation for GOVT exam. After two year I cracked the exam for TGT teacher and I am teacher now. It was my best decesion that I ever made. If you have other option then go for it otherwise corporate jobs are always there.

I am also facing same situation, whatever you told all happened with me in just 1.5 years of corporate life in my first company, they also have bond signed for 2 years and because of it it's hard for me to go for my dream career. Same condition with my friends as well. If someone waiting for IT job, it's not a good job even if you love programming and coding. Doing coding for 3 hrs. is good, but for 12 hrs, 5 days a week is bad.

Yes exactly true. It happened with me. From my experience I have that there are only two types of jobs - jobs that are matching your aptitude, interest, personality and expectation from ajob and jobs that does not match. All other categories are just nonsense

Sir is this applicable for good mnc too?...sir if the candidate is from iit and nit too ...still they have to face all this ??....plzz reply ...sir ....I have seen my frnds preparing themselves for iit n nit so tht they get placed in top MNCs and later on so that they can have high packages and glamorous life...sir all this fascinates me ....n I don't understand wht to do .... corporate life reallly seems so glamorous.....and some people keep assuring tht if u keep urself upgrading on skills ...u will be able to get jst high packages everywhere and higher position whne u switch companies regularly ....is this all true?....all the points mentioned above in ur video is applicable for even iit n nit passouts??
People who belongs to this institutions even they are human beings and not came from any special planet, this is the world of business and like the way we all need oxygen, food and shelter to survive so it doesn't matter from where you came from. Work culture of the company is what matters
@Priya rani . See priya everyone has to work after graduation unless you have strong financial background. After few year you may feel IT is boring and stressful but there are good companies where you can enjoy your work as well as life. It all depends on your interest. If you really love programing then go to development. Don't go just for money. Only few companies have bad work life balance. Product based companies like oracle, Informatica etc are good. If you lose your job you can take a break and get another job with 40 percent hike. I did like this. Sevaral times I did. Sometimes iT job can be stressful and sometimes there is no work at all. You can learn new things plan vacations etc. Depends on you. But work for some years gain knowledge and then start your own business etc in the long run. Don't just directly believe youtube.

I did course in mechanical engineering, but after that I entered in market, my life is out of track.
Actually everything has it's own pros and cons. Does not matter what you do in life you will have to struggle. If you are doing business you will not earn stable income. Sometimes you earn really well and sometimes you dont earn even a single penny. If you are on job you are working under somebody. So struggle is everywhere😪

1200 rs hike = approx 15 USD hike per month. They will be billing atleast 150 dollars per hr on you. Faida Kya hua ? Off course company ka faida hua for those 18 months. Not your faida. Reason is employee is a cost he is not a risk taker. Bulk of that profit made.goes.into share holders, senior management , leadership etc etc. Corporate world is built to exploit labourers not make them millionaires.

Truth but kadwa hain, itna padh ke agar pata hoti sirf 8 ghanata khoon nikalna hain Roz to mai kabhi school nhi jata , harsh reality of education system and the whole setup. I was super excited about my job in corporate, after working in mnc for 1.3 years , I feel like done. No hapiness , no nothing . I can relate to so much to what he said. I mean the experience is still okay to know about the reality of life , but this is no life. You are just alive not living.
