Just tying Alex. Always intrigued by your work.
Thanks Stu! Definitely a couple in there for you to try on the little rivers and streams near you.
Great flies there will definitely be tying some up!
Thanks! Hopefully a few useful flies for your local rivers and for when you get a chance to come down south!
@@AlexJardineFlyFishing sure they will fair well and yeah can't wait to actually get down!
Will be tying a few of these up, thanks Alex. Question: do you apply any type of thread-locking to these (Sally Hansen's or similar)?
Thanks Jason, glad you found a couple of useful patterns. I generally do not apply any thread-locking/glue to my trout flies, I find that most materials begin to get shredded by the trout’s teeth before the whip finish is broken.
Thanks Alex
Thanks for watching John!
5 great flies pal. How's things
Thanks buddy! All well here, just wish we could get out more. How are you? Hope we can catch up on the river or at one of the shows soon...
Fishing cabin fever well and truly kicked in. Hopefully catch up once all this is over mate. Really informative video as well pal well done
@@liamwalsh1397 Definitely cabin fever knocking around! toying with the idea of hitting some roach and dace on the fly on my local... Thanks again!
