For this tutorial, I’ll show you guys how to turn a NodeMCU ESP8266, into a Wi-Fi Jammer/Deauther. Keep in mind this only works on networks that use 2.4G Wi-Fi. This product was send to me by GearBest.

@@proxyhx2075 My esp8266 flashes when I press the flash button but then gets stuck on loading and always fails to flash properly. Do you know how I could fix this? I've installed the drivers many times already and done everything as shown but it doesn't want to flash.

The way to fix the pwned not showing up is by doing all the same steps but change the frequency to 40. It worked for me thanks!
Also, I switched the USB to a different port and it appeared after. A USB 2.0 if you have it.

Hello, congratulations on your construction. I'm doing one of these with a nodemcu, I2C 1306 display and neopixel led and buttons, but the led does not light up and the buttons on the same pins as yours do not respond, I use the spacehuhn deauther code, I cannot make it work, I am not good in code with arduino, could you help me? I already searched Aconfig.h, but I don't know what else to enable there to work. Thanks

My Node doesn't seem to generate wifi. I can connect but cant go to the IP address in the web address bar because the pwned network isnt generating wifi? Help?

The beacon attack works here, but the deauther stucks in 20 pkts and doesnt work, i tried with FIVE differents esp 8266, and differents acess points...

Hello tech James, I have performed the download flash and I do see the lower green symbol on the left side, but I do not see the "pwned" on the wifi section. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a very curious problem, I managed to make it work as you showed in the video, also when I do the attack, all my mobile devices within my network are disconnected (it works). But even though the attack is on and all my mobile devices are disconnected, my laptop can still use the internet. Is this because it has more power to connect or something like that?

Hibtech james you are a great teacher i followed all your steps but when i get the comport box up its on comport1 were yours is on 3 and when i press the flash button its not working its saying no wifi even though there is please please can you help me many thanks

Pawned network says @Log in to connect to the internet! when i click it hotspot log in window pop up with error 404 page not found!
Does it also capture handshake while deauth ? or if someone tries to connect to a cloned AP, does it capture the creds ?
dont think so - for that i would recomend you to use kali or parrot os and do it manually in the terminal
You can also connect the Deauther to a power bank instead of your phone to power it!

Surely a way to overcome this is if someone was to connect an Ethernet/LAN cable from their wireless router to their laptop and in that way they couldn’t get kicked off the Wi-fi network?? Or am I wrong??

after i start attack. it does not work and the network pwned disappears but my internet that i attack is still working. and the only way im able to get the network to comeback up is to reset the device
Hey man great tutorial, once I hit flash the stop button popped up, however nothing was being downloaded to my ESP. The screen kept flashing require (gpio) and require (wifi). Any thoughts?
Under the operation tab: COM Port does it have a choice (ie COM3) if not then...On your computer, go to your device manager and see if you have a PORTS option,click on that to see which com channel you are supposed to use (default I believe is COM 3) if there isn't a PORTS option then you have the wrong USB drivers installed. See, most of these MCUs come UNFLASHED and you won't be able to flash the deauth BIN file without the proper USB drivers and NO Windows will not automatically find it. I had to install Python27 on my system just to get the proper drivers on mine. If you still need help I can find the video I found to set this up. This other info about unplugging and plugging it back in won't matter if you don't have the proper drivers.

Thanks, still works perfectly, didn't try deauth function, but if fake wifi points work, i suppose deauth will too. If anyone got troubles with password, it's ''deauther'' not in caps.

You will have to change teh Hz from 80 to 40 because 2.4ghz supports 40hz not 80hz.. 80hz is for 5ghz wifi.

I need to jam my workers' cell when they should be working, and they will not stop. Will this really stop them from using their cell? I hope so. Will the another person know who or what is jammin, and can I still be able to use me own wifi and internet?
You won't be able to use the wifi you're deauthing and you can get arrested for doing it in public places like your work or cafe, etc...

I bought this recently and I followed all the steps correctly once I plug the device in it comes up as "COM1" and I have no other coms to select and also when I click flash it doesn't even load or give me my mac please help
all you need to do is type COM3

Hello! You have to change the cable you used, it wasn’t working for me however I used an old beats cable and it worked you should hear the connect sound when you plug ur esp in for it to work

the purpose of this project is to make people realize that u need to upgrade your router and yet some jackass like this guy promote it as WIFI JAMMER even though the creator in the term of service specifically say dont refer to this project as wifi jammer (its pretty good for pranking your friend or getting someone fired tho)
