    Update: I made a mistake. The card I am using is the AWUS036AC (without the M). They look exactly the same but the AWUS036ACM is using a different chipset mt7612u. You can thank ALFA for this confusion.

      @@thomasclose6262 Search Rokland AWUS036AC. I bought mine about 2 months ago and it works with updated driver from there on windows 10.The range is amazing.Picking up networks from very far away. Problem is, I do not remember enough Unix to understand how to download the driver and github clone directory in order to install driver to use for kali.Need to reinstall kali, since I was impatient, and put it directly on my computer. So now trying to figure how to uninstall it from my computer and instead install to VirtualBox. Supposedly kali has been update to use the AWUS036AC. Hard to believe such a great adaptor has so many problems.

      Hello Spacehuhn! I just want to ask if there's a project for "5G WIFI DEAUTHER" using the BW16 RTL8720DN, the same as the ESP 8266 Node MCU. I saw a video on RUclips of the BW16 RTL 8720DN equipped with 2.4 + 5G dual band WiFi. Same size of the ESP 8266 Node MCU. I think you can make a 5G WiFi Deauther on it. I hope you will review that chip. I can't attach the pictures and PDF regarding that chip to your contact support page. Thanks. I think it is POSSIBLE!

    Thanks for making this video man! I think the reason why people keep asking for 5g deauthers is because when you launch an evil twin and deauth every device from a router, most modern routers support both 2.4 and 5g and all the devices when kicked from the 2.4 band will just switch to 5g and the evil twin attack will fail. That's why you need a 5g deauth tool to kick both the 5g band and then a regular 2.4g deauth to complete the attack. I tried it on my new router and yes, without kicking both bands all my wifi connected devices with the exception of some old IoT stuff will just swith to 5g automatically. So this video is a huge help thank you! Looking forward for more tools! I actually recently bought your wifi rubber ducky and have been having weeks of fun making scripts for it. Great stuff.

      I would use the AWUS036ACM (or equivalent with the MT7612U chipset) instead. All of my Realtek based 5 GHz NICs are stored in a box nowadays. I have some Aukey WF-R13 adapters as well (also MT7612U based, or MT7612UN to be exact). Basically the same adapter/NIC as the EDUP EP-AC1605. Run 'iw list' and check if there is 'no IR' or 'radar detection' in the output for some of the channels. That typically stops injection of frames. Could be possible to circumvent with alternative drivers but will not be in line with regulatory compliance.

  • @xEndless11

    This Attack works only on Routers where have 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz in one Band. Dual Band Routers with separately Frequencys will only accept unencrypted Packets over 2,4 GHz, 5 GHz will ignore all Packets. A good Way to Attack both Frequencys with only 2,4 GHz, you choose MDK4 authentication Attack. To much Clients in your Wifi Network will freeze your Router and you connection can lost 2 Minutes or more. i have testet it on my Telekom Speedport Pro 2020. This have 2,4 and 5 GHz Dualband. With 2 Computers or more with Gaming Power you can force a Router to restart.
    To protect against this Attack, change you Wifi Network only on 5 GHz, make it invisible and take care of automatic changing the Channels. 5GHz have a small Signal Radius, 2,4 GHz have a big Radius.

      @@DirtyFan2 You can deauth 5GHz with Disas Frames, if the router hastn enabled the protected managment frames (pmf). you can force a reconnect, but you must crash the Station Device with Beacon Frames addr1=STATION, addr2=ROUTER, addr3=Router, you send type 0 and subtype 8 Frames to this device and these will crash the network Manager. The user must restart this Phone or Tablet. After restart, the device will connect automatic to the nearest and last known AP and you can grab the WPA Handshake.

    • @xEndless11
      @xEndless11 4 дня назад

      @@DirtyFan2 The smallest device I know that allows you to do this easily and transmits professionally on 2.4GHz and 5GHz would be a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. With a proper Case for this, has the size of a pack of cigarettes. It is important that you plug in a WiFi antenna via USB, which can send and receive at 2.4Ghz and 5 GHz. It is also very important that this WiFi adapter supports monitor mode, because this allows frame injection. A deauth watch has a high probability of sending standard deauth reason 7 frames, which are rejected by most routers due to the new protection mechanisms or the broadcast is protected. Deauth watches like that, which I've seen many times on the internet, are probably funny Toys to annoy your neighbors, but if you really want to rock out, you need a Linux and a decent scapy script, so you can study WiFi in the easiest way and really build professional scripts that break every protocol. There are already small images on the Raspberry PI where you can install everything you need with just a few commands. Once you have everything set up there, you can run the script when booting and you just need to stick a battery on the back of the housing.

      3. Are there any specific Linux distributions or images you suggest for setting this up on a Raspberry Pi? I don't know any since i am new to this stuff really.
      4. Can this work without using a computer / laptop to deauther wifi? I mean if i had this raspberry pi, a proper wifi adapter + other tools similar to a deauther watch, can i make a small device i can carry in my backpack?
    Here's the RUclips link for BW16 RTL8720DN 5G Chip: ruclips.net/video/T10xCiM_4cw/видео.htmlsi=1tWRQJYThDvyTcmj

      @@spacehuhn dank dir... ich probiere es mal aus. :)
      Unter parrot in der virtuellen maschine läuft der huhnitor bei mir übrigens einwandfrei bei kali in der vm macht es allerdings probleme mit der installation bzw beim ausführen danach.

    Is possible to make one to disconect 4g lte target?

    • @vince943
      @vince943 2 года назад

      It is another story altogether dealing with interference of radio signal this here is dealing with death of wifi only 2.4 and 5 ghz is wifi for your example 4g LTE would need to know the type of carrier they have and understand the type of frequency that is being received and sent back and after knowing this you can find types of boards that can then create signal that is just greater then these that in essence creates a noise that carries other signal away.

      You might didn’t understand what deauthing does, how far does „pay for your own internet“ makes sense with deauth attacks? You don’t get anything from it, you can’t connect to the wifi etc

    Question. Is sudo airodump-ng wlan1mon (at 10:16) still needed if you already put it in monitor mode with iwconfig? sudo airmon-ng doesn't list it but iwconfig shows wlan1 is in monitor mode and it scans for aps and stations when you sudo airodump-ng wlan1.

      Same here, did you succeed in the deauth attack? I cannot do it yet
