I still say the husband is the one that did all this. They weren't very "well off" to afford the home as is, and I think they wanted to dry and boost their income in some way by creating a mystery.
Agree... and they thought they could sell off half the land to help pay for the house. That house is on an unusually large lot. They thought the drama of the letter would make the HOA feel pity on them and they'd agree to the sell. It didn't work.
This would be so much better if there wasn't a chapter update every 30 seconds with the channel name. It takes away from the whole video. Great video otherwise!
