@@stephybest5916 it's and was Michael Manley, who wrecked Jamaica 1972 to 1980 with Communist...Socialist garbage .... wrecking bauxite sector, Sugar estate closures, flooding high schools with juniors schools kids without the required resources, books, teachers of the levels of the traditional high schools, no meaningful youths or work programs..... low exports output..... empty stores and supermarkets shelves!!!
