Fairy tail is my first real anime. This song is like a core memory for me bro. I would spend whole nights binging this shit in high school. Still has some of the best openings and endings to this day

When I first was watching Fairy Tail and saw this ending, I was low-key excited to see Erza's backstory because I thought (for some reason) that she was going to be in a magical forest with like butterflies and fairies and things like that (the clip at 1:04) and thus getting her nickname Titania, Queen of the Fairies. I still wish Fairy Tail did this instead of the backstory they gave her. It definitely would have given this show a different vibe but in my opinion would have been AMAZING.
I like it how it is. What you suggested, and I’m not trying to be rude, is a very cliche thing. And if she was, then they would just have to ask her if fairy’s have tails, which would defeat the purpose of the show. I honestly love her backstory because it gives her character depth and makes her seem more mature.
@@thegloom1702 Fax the way it is now is fine, but i do have to admit i think jellal should have died, fairy tail spares way too much and now i feel like jellal is pretty boring, it also wouldve made 1:05 hit wayyyyy harder knowing she’ll never get that jellal back and he was consumed by darkness but natsu filled that hole, but ofc in classic fairy tail fashion, they NEVER kill anyone off unless they were minor
