Phenomenal Nintendo Direct, very excited for nearly everything shown here. I'm especially excited for Super Luigi U (having a hard time if I want the disc or not), Sonic Lost World, and the Zelda Oracle games. I'm also beyond excited for E3, and love what your doing with Best Buy. Always a pleasure seeing what Nintendo has to say.

I really hope they sell 9 million Wii U's. I can't imagine Nintendo without Iwata. YOU CAN DO IT, NINTENDO! Wii U is gonna make an amazing comeback. I know it!
I'm especially excited about that Best Buy partnership. That should help out a lot. I really will enjoy that. I'm sure the Best Buy in my town should have the Wii U games on display during E3.

Nintendo Direct is awesome, it's so great to hear news straight from the source. Plus, we get it from their President. To me, that's all very cool and refreshing coming from a big company like that.
Don't forget that you can watch these on your console too :D (which is where i assume most people do)

You do realize that RUclips isn't the only place to watch this Nintendo Direct, right?
Some games from nintendo: Alan Italian plumber that jumps on mushrooms. An elf that has a sword, shield, and bow. A cute pink ball that swallows his enemies then steals their powers. A woman that has a mechanical suit that shoots out lasers. A fox that flies space ships and works with a bunny, a frog, and a bird. A yellow rat that can fit into a a red/white ball.
It's not gonna block used games. They're being vague about it right now, which means that they don't have a solid answer and they're still working out the details.
Not just LPs are affected. Copyright bots are blind, anything they detect will be affected

Iwata's English is so much better. This wasn't a very big direct, but I'm looking forward to the pre-E3 direct where they show off the 3D Mario, Mario Kart, and Smash Bros.!

Thanks Nintendo for stepping up your game. In an ever changing economy the basic video game must be Social, have a Large User Friendly Base, Compatible, and very accepting to new ideas. You guys are making a good transition of accepting methods outside of Nintendo-Only distribution for advertisement but remembering that Nintendo-Only games is still key.
Making an awesome Kirby that will look beautiful, based off of their history of making some of the best looking games on the Nintendo platforms.
I vaguely remember saying there would be connectivity between the WiiU and the 3DS when they first talked about it at a previous E3

The WiiU has the potential of being a revolutionary console. The problem is that Nintendo doesn't have many new ideas, so it's always Mario, donkey kong, ect.It doesn't help that EA and many other third party developers have abandoned the console. I know that the 3DS is solid, so I really look forward to surprises that Nintendo has.

Let's players don't get paid for playing games, they get paid for providing interesting commentary and what can be considered criticism of the game. (Remember that "criticism" is not necessarily negative commentary)

I am sure people are dying to see 10 year old billybob and his first time win on counterstrike recorded at 7.5 fps using the freeware version of fraps.... rather than a pro at work who has spent the time to get to learn a game, reveal a few secrets and pass them on to other gamers.

You've got it all wrong. While it's true that this partnership will without a doubt be beneficial for both SEGA and Nintendo, the main purpose for it is for the exclusive Sonic games to boost Wii U sales.
Nintendo themselves has said WiiU is still current-gen, so you can compare.

Right now the Wii U is turning out to be better then all the other consoles, and by that i mean it's alot better.
The definition of a good game, doesn't necessarily have so-called "insane" graphics. I will always respect Nintendo where they create games for the whole family to enjoy. Not just game that just YOU yourself can enjoy. They don't just focus on the kids, but also the family. Nintendo will always be the best in the game industry.
That's like saying "They stopped putting stuff on a 4-5 year old console and then they took down something. What greedy bastards."
They have to cover server costs, you know.

Nintendo has said that they are not going to do that. Plus, the Wii U has 1080p quality so there is no need for that.
As i see it, The XBox one only wants itself to be used as a TV, and PS4 only wants to be a Social Network.
@Bixchpudding, Nintendo announced they will not even be holding an event at E3 This year. Instead they will just have game booths at E3, and have the same booths at select Best Buy stores nationwide, if I were you, I would start preordering my PS4

Well, that and they serve as a way for people to offer their opinions on a game in depth. Or serve as an impressions video so people can decide if they want to buy it. Or as a walkthrough for a game the already own.

I see a lot more people saying they want a Wii U but can't afford it than I do they want one, but there's nothing for it that interests them. What does that tell you idiots that keep saying Wii U doesn't have anything worth getting?

It would be nice if Nintendo brought the E3 experience to the Jersey Shore, Breezy Point, Queens and other areas effected by hurricane Sandy.
What the heck are you doing with your consoles? My NES, SNES, original Game Boy and N64 all still work. Never had a problem with my Wii, either.
If I were to show off a game for the first time I'd focus on framerate vs graphics

Wii U technically could run FB3 since the engine does well on PS3 and 360. EA just does not want to take the time and money to make it happen

They reason they do more with Sega is because Nintendo and Sega know each other longer even though they were rivals.
if achievements are added don't force them on people who don't care about them. make them optional. (like in the WiiU settings) that way people who want them, and people who don't will be happy.

discuss possible solutions, but do not complain when you cannot find a better way for them to solve this issue
