You did an awesome job presenting! You covered safety steps of depressurization and battery disconnect, showed not only major steps but minute detail where it mattered. And, you didn't waste any time like so many other presenters. Thank you again, Mark Alan
You was clear on everything step by step and also you showed exactly where it was located that be the struggle of a lot of mechanic videos that I watch. I be lost if where the parts are. Thank you 🙏🏽!
I just bought my second jeep, 2002 jeep liberty 3.7 Litre. Out of all the other videos I tried to find to change an injector this was the most helpful, you also seem like you would be just like me when working on a car double checking everything and putting things down and forgetting where they were, thank you so much for this helpful video!
thank you so much for this! I have cried, screamed and panicked about changing my own injector after a persistent cylinder 2 misfire and this helped me so much. Attempting to do mine this weekend!

thanks man i think my jeep keep getting problems with your jeep the last time i use you vido i change transmission fulid succesfully and now i am having problems with my fuel injecter i am going to use your vido again thanks
VERY helpful video. We just replaced the plugs, injectors and coils on a 2005 Liberty with the 3.7. Not quite the exact same underhood layout but close enough for the major steps. Some of the wiring plugs didn't want to come off, but we managed to get them. Thanks for the video!
Great information, especially with having a small magnet handy............. One thing that could have been covered is how to remove the wiring connector from the injector. It requires 2 steps, first to unlock the connector, then to press and remove. Update: Still love this video since I had the replace a 2nd injector. Thanks again!
This is so far the best informative video that I've seen for my Jeep that actually shows what needs to be done. I'm going to subscribe because I want to replace my fuel injectors too. Have you done a video that shows how to replace the fuel pump?
Great video, But I was really looking for when you pulled the injector out of the manifold. I am doing an 08 and the injector is 'stuck' in the manifold. I am guessing that I just have to pull a little harder. Thanks.
I guess I didn't show that did I! Sorry about that! Yeah I'm thinking probably just needs some extra persuasion. Lol Thanks for the comments. Give us a follow and Subscribe as there will be more!
Do you have the link for the pcv valve replacement? I snapped mine in 3 parts. I'm working on mine with no battery either and it's been sitting for a couple months. Is there another way I can take out the fuel?
As of now i have the wrong injectors i tried it still but throwing a misfire code so im gonna hve to re put the factory ones in til my original comes in the mail
This was best informative video of the 3 I looked at appreciate the way you deliver the information. If I need help in the future you'll be the video I go to in Tucson by end of the year is my plan go AZ!!!
You're welcome! I think it went from16-17 to 18-19 so a couple mpg. Thanks for the comment. Please Susbcribe & Hit that Notification Bell as there will be more!
Hi Jared, Are you talking about the electrical connection to one of the injectors? Do you have any of them off or are you unsure how the connector releases? It should have kind of a button that you squeeze. While doing that just gently wiggle the connector while pulling off.
Mr. A, It just seemed down on power and the gas mileage was down so with all the miles on it, I thought I put new injectors & plugs in it. It did definitely help. There was a noticeable difference. Thanks for the question. Please Subscribe & Hit that Notification Bell as there will be more!
Eric Raeder, I'm not sure what smell proses are but yes after so many miles they should be replaced! Thanks for the comment. Give us a follow and Subscribe as there will be more!
I really like your video. Especially since it looks like I will have to replace an injector on my 3.7. What was the symptoms? I would like to point out one thing about "O" rings though, for rubber "O" rings use silicon to lube them, for silicon "O" rings, use vaseline. This will keep them from swelling and deteriorating.
Hi Rondo, I'm not sure what the codes are for either but I wouldn't think it would be the same code. Did you change the spark plugs? Give us a follow and Subscribe as there will be a lot more!
Hi Sean, Basically because they had almost 180,000 miles and it was just kind of sluggish. I did the plugs at the same time and boy it runs better. My 09 feels sluggish too and I was wondering what the cause could be. I have about 161,000. Never replaced any injectors or fuel pump but am thinking of doing that.

Nice info. Got the 3.7 in a Jeep Liberty KJ. Have to do 100,000 mile tune up. Probably similar eh?
Now I'm not a professional but I would guess it would be part of it! Thanks for the comment! I hope it helps!
Did you have to relief pressure in the fuel rail valve on the passenger side before you lifted the rail out of place?
Great video Btw!
Yes you do.
