NOTE: So what about a nuke bomb stratagem or a Jet Eagle that can follow you around? These are my favorite ones so far! There's two items that are already in the game which is Plasma Punisher which I do not own the Warbond for and Jar Rifle. So these two items that were mentioned flew over my radar.

Sounds like you just read a list of prototype stratagems from before the game came out. 80% are already in game if under a different name.

The eagle just sounds like the eagle we already have... and the volcano planet with burning rocks has been playable in the game for a while.
There's an Eagle jet that follows us around. I don't think that is in the game. I have looked through all stratagems.
@@GlitchUnlimitedThe Eagle is the name of the bomber that carries all of the Eagle-type stratagems, and the gatling gun the description mentions is just the Eagle Strafing Run stratagem. Likely an old description for some mechanic related to having to requisition the Eagle itself before being able to take any Eagle stratagems
You showed 5-6 cool new things, but most is already in the game
0:44 The description is not used anywhere. That doesn't mean the gun isn't implemented.
0:58 It's an early version of the Laser Cannon. Changing the focus range probably got tedious and was removed after play testing.

This is exactly true. Almost everything here is already in the final game.
Lure grenades, turn the Gatling turret into a laser, and war bonds that have gear turned for the different factions.
"Modified Punisher shotgun firing exploding plasma..." We have that in the game already... the Punisher Plasma.
Cutting the atmosphere doesn't mean anything, it just means it goes through the air well, just like the laser cannon we have, but more dense
Justice was one of the best iconic guns in HD1, some reason i doubt it will be nearly as good in HD2

justice was the internal name for the gun until they landed on calling it adjudicator.
Wrong. AR-20L Justice was previous Helldiver 1 weapon as IRMentat has mentioned.

Aside from some of the small arms listed, a lot of this just sounds like descriptions of prior versions of current stratagems.
DMB-500 literally sounds like the 500kg bomb strat, and the abbreviation DMB probably stands for dumb as the bomb is just dropped straight down and has no guidance like a dumb munition and has no target tracking. All Eagle strats are also already 2-3 seconds call in time after upgrades if they're not by default, so getting faster call in times than that on the Eagle seems unlikely. Nothing in this description suggests a nuke. Other leaks regarding a nuke strat mention it being launched from a ship or satellite in orbit and having a massive AoE with very limited number of uses. The 500kg in game can also 1 hit any enemy currently in the game if it lands close enough barring the Factory Strider iirc. The line "Classic bombs of human history" would also imply conventional bombs, as those have existed longer than and seen overwhelmingly more use than nuclear weapons.
The F-89 Eagle description sounds like a description of the Eagle as a whole. It could be a prior version that encompassed all Eagle munitions but could actually be shot down physically instead of dividing the munitions into their own stratagems and AA defense secondaries or conditions in missions just preventing Eagle strats from being called in or reducing the amount of strats you can take as it does now.
110mm Dragon rockets sounds almost identical to the 110mm rocket pod strat we have already. Could be an alternate version that fires much more rockets over an area but has lower armor pen. Otherwise it might just be an outdated description.
Billhook just sounds like a different name for the LAS-98 Laser Cannon, which is effectively the beam AR, Scythe, up-scaled into a support weapon configuration. It could have been a prior or alternate version that could swap lenses or firing modes for a slightly different effect and was either shelved due to weapon customization being shelved at this point, or is an outdated version.
RS-442 is literally the Railgun support weapon in the game since launch. Same exact name/designation.
O-X32 sounds beat for beat to be the Orbital Laser strat in game already. Continuous beam that tracks and kills targets and burns them with ultra hot energy. Old description most likely.
Grenade Launcher with its very plain name seems to be the support weapon of the same name in game already. It could be an alternate version or an old description based on an earlier version. There have been leaks about alternate GL versions with different grenade types so it could be another of those if it's not the base one in game.
As for the other stuff; Cover Wall and SRID-12, these are previously leaked and known about stratagems that haven't been implemented in game yet. These have been covered and known about for a while.

The newest experimental support weapon involves a man-portable, scaled down version of the Super-Destroyer main laser. A massive laser cannon that requires a backpack for its power supply, it can penetrate Heavy Armor with ease dealing massive damage to Bile Titans and Factory Walkers. However, the energy output is so high that every shot burns out its heatsink (and fries anyone behind it) so they must be replaced each shot. Worse, the heatsinks are so large a Helldiver can only carry one spare. This disadvantage is balanced by the potential of one-shotting pretty much every single enemy on the field regardless of size or faction.
The name of this weapon is the Orbital/Portable -88 Laser Cannon System, or the OP Laser. ;-)
Even the CEO just got nerfed.

i love new weapons but they better fix the old ones first because if these come in and just shadow the old. and then they fix the old then these will feel nerfed and we will have the whole fiasco all over again

Glitch Unlimited! Please check your options, where it says, click tap to climb, then you wont AUTO climb on ammo supplies anymore or anything else, on AUITO?? Expect when you tap space button key on your keyboard, only when you want to climb or not! :)

A thing worth noting is that the BR-14 was originally a battle rifle under that marksmen category that was changed to be considered a "assault rifle" so BR-16 could be a assault rifle but im leaning more on it being in the marksmen category. I do hope marksmen rifles as a whole get some much needed love. Also the Battle Royale i have a feeling its not a actual BR that everyone knows but i think its gonna be a active Crossfire in a single mission where both faction including the helldivers are engaged in a three way fight as some bug carcasses can be found on bot planets so id imagine those faction will try to over take territory if not intervened.
Thank you for putting this together of stuff to look forward to. But like 75% of these are definitely things we already have in-game just with different descriptions and names.

Which weapon sounds best? None - honestly every weapons description is god like tier, but in reality you cant kill shit, it is what it is, we evaluate them when we can have them, and even if they area any good, nerf is around the corner :D

After watching the whole video: all of this feels super obscure, like it was a draft written and forgotten a long time ago and the last entries just reinforced that feeling, almost like inside jokes. I wouldn't hold my breath for any of these things since they seem to be already implemented after polishing the details or discarded ideas.
Is that not just the Punisher Plasma that's been in the game for quite some time around 2:00?
I think a lot of this is just weird/old/defunct descriptions of things we've had for a while. The "F-89 Eagle" is just...Eagle 1. That Jar is just the Jar-5 we already have. The RS-422 is just the railgun.

i would like to see drones introduced, while you are using it you would be vulnerable (unless using a shield) you could vary the payloads so multiple uses. they already have the rovers so might not be too difficult to implement?

More guns like the jar dominator hell yeah! I’d like to see a heavy strategem version backpack fed not super long a little less accurate maybe but more ammo! Hunted or stranded mission type something went wrong with the evac so you must survive as long as possible…

the New CEO has the blessing of the previous CEO. they seem to have known each other in the past and both are gamers. the previous CEO intends to become a bridge between community and development team . with his hands working on what is important . the new CEO is now running spread sheets and deciphering data to give intelligent major orders to the company as a whole.

"Each round is of a higher Caliber" does likely not imply that each subsequent round is "larger" than the last. That'd be honestly kinda dumb.
More likely, it's just a poorly worded way of saying the rifle fires higher caliber rounds than the Liberator.
I don't see how each round fired can be of a higher caliber. Does the barrel get bigger somehow. Something is not being explained correctly here.

I feel like alot of these are already implemented but were named differently, cause the so called high caliber AR ended up being weaker than even the default liberator AR, and we do have alot of medium armor pen. type weapon, was hoping that the so called high caliber AR would be the first weapon to be classified as a "Heavy armor pen." type weapon.

Does anyone else find it impossible to focus on what he’s saying with the absolutely bottom of the barrel gameplay going on in the background? I don’t mean to offend, but the background gameplay might as well be Dean Takahashi’s notoriously horrible Cuphead “gameplay” where he failed to get past the tutorial for like 10 minutes.
Man, I like your videos and news reports on Helldivers 2, but you just need to learn how to read or do your videos in multiple takes. You are recording a video, you're not livestreaming, you don't have to do everything in one take and leave errors in.
I don't want to end this comment on a negative note, so I'm just gonna say that I like that you include the source of the topic you are talking about in the description.
Examples:
(5:32 Text says "longer barrel" you say "larger barrel")
(6:58 Text says "A pod of 110mm DRAGON rockets" you say "A pod of 110 dragon rockets")
