    Breakfast - 2 slice bread + 2 egg omellete + 1 cup tea.
    Morning snack - 1 tbsp nuts or salad.
    Lunch - Dal + salad + Roti.
    Or rice pulao with riata.
    Evening snack - fruit any.
    Walk - 30 min daily.
    Dinner - Rice or roti + sabji + salad.

    Sis just a small advice mashallah m glad that u r happy out women who are struggling with obesity but Sis Why to make Allah taa'la unhappy by posting our videos online without hijab infront of the whole world.
    I mean like instead of putting up ur own videos u can just put some online pictures because Sis m really being honest that u r doing this to help out others but why to make our Allah taa'la unhappy. Also mashallah u r so beautiful there might be some people who are not as beautiful as u but they must be feeling bad and u might get a an evil eye. Sis pls don't take this in a wrong way.
    But just think about it.
    May Allah taa'la bless you immensely with his love and closeness, May he grant you a house in jannah near him and our beloved rasullalah.
