    Dude can you make a dumbbell only back workout please. I've tried multiple dumbbell exercises but i just don't feel there're hitting the back muscles. Maybe I'm doing them wrong idk anyway I'd love to see a detailed dumbbell only back workout from you

    Everyone knows how to train arms... what 99% of people dont focus is on what makes them grow, which is on growth days (rest days)..focus on recovery (sleep) thats were they grow, not in the gym.... for natural bodybuilders who train 5-6 days will not be growing... you should train 3 days a week tops.. the muscles recover in aroung 2 to 3 days.. but the rest of the system (organs, etc) need days of rest... why does everyone come back stronger after vacations? Because they rested the main system (body)
