33-38 MPH with the 60 HP depending on how many are in the boat and the water.

If its really a 440 lbs then 40mph is slow for a 60hp, there wre bass boats out there that will do 44mph with 60hp while being 900lbs

It depends on what type of prop you use. Also the hulls are different on these versus a bass boat.
