Yeah endgame kinda made it seem pandering to the demographic but the boys make it better for two reasons. 1) that's how stormfront dies in the comic so it's a reference 2) it's the logical reason since only the women are capable of harming a supe. MM, Hughie and Frenchie lost their emp and their guns can't do anything unless they aimed at the eyes
Well it's not as forced in this scene cause these girls were the only ones who could actually do that to Stormfront. Honestly feels a lot more natural than literally every female hero showing up to help Captain Marvel in the midst of all that chaos.
@@KanekiKen-fc3qo yeah I felt like they did rush it in endgame the fact that you mentioned captain marvel just reminds me that she was terrible in that movie because she was only shown at the begin and the end like come on they could have done something better with her character and when she was fighting thanos I was rooting for him

Edgar's comment on not being allowed to lash out as it isn't a luxury for him is so damn true. The angry black man stereotype has been around for a long time, even MM is a low teir version of this.
People always read that scene as genuine when it's a cynical attempt by Edgar at garnering sympathy. He's the head of a billion dollar company, he's pretty privileged himself.

@Tony Soprano Except your not using anything I said. And your the one that sought me out on this comment thread and I've been typing calmly you this whole time. And...are you liking your own comments?
Yeah, I don't think he's racist, but saying that he hates everyone equally Is also incorrect, he definitely feels superior to everyone else and I think that encapsulates more complex emotions than just hate. The seven clearly were more than just coworkers, they were his family (as twisted as that sounds).
Homelander is casually racist, see for example his reaction to Ryan learning spanish, to an african guy having a cellphone. His racism, as for many white people (and especially americans) comes from a place of ignorance and frankly not caring rather than from a place of hate. He doesn't believe in white genocide, that shit doesn't mean anything to him: he rejects any kind of ideology, because his time working with the public made him realize that image and publicity are what REALLY count, regardless of one's true feelings. He does however allow Stormfront to radicalize him, again, not because he believes what she believes, but because being with her is a gateaway to success and winning back the public opinion. Also, he loves her. Or he believes he does. I'm not sure if homelander can actually draw a line between genuine affection and the pleasure of being wanted, cherished, called the best.
Just because you find their relationship annoying, doesn't mean that you have to talk over a scene. Maybe you should think about the rest of the people on the couch that might enjoy their relationship.
Deadass, dude. That scene with his son? That shit was so heartwarming and it even humanized HL even though we know he’s a monster and in a sense, you can’t help but feel bad for him because over everything, he just wanted to be loved. He simped HARD for Stormfront and despite her OBVIOUS red flags, he still loved her. Why? Because she loved him.
@@tubtubsablubblubs3996 @Blind Wave, @JK Reacts, @Imon_Snow, @Moonacre, and @Laura Reacts are some people who are respectful and do pay attention while watching
Okay, so this reaction isn't anywhere near as bad as the comments are making it out to be, but I gotta agree something's been off of late. Particularly when it comes to missing things. It happened with SHIELD, it happened with You (notable because it's a 'regular' amount of reactors) and it's happened here with The Boys. Perhaps it's just unfortunate that it's three shows in a row for me but awkward all the same. This is the first time we see vulnerable Homelander *and* raging Homelander - I think he's done everything so far with at most a quiet malice, he's never gotten properly angry like he did with the Vought men here and that was utterly terrifying. Antony Starr is so damn good.
The kid's laser was stronger because he was using it 100% full power through rage. We haven't seen Homelander use his laser at full power. His full power may have been during that vision where he killed the protesters but since it was a vision, we don't know for sure.
Not gonna lie I don’t think homelander is necessarily racist, he’s just a patriot and a an ablist. You can see in the scene where stormfront was talking about white genocide and homelander was like “uhhhh... wtf are you on?”
@@watcherxd Yeah. The only issue people have with the Endgame scene is that it's so artificial. Suddenly every single woman on the battlefield gathers at the same spot? And only them? Boys excluded? I agree. Stormfront could easily handle Homelander’s powers but Ryan tapped into something else. Maybe it was because he didn’t know how to control it, but this begs the question: is Ryan just as powerful, or maybe even more powerful, than Homelander? I hope they explore that in the seasons to come. (EDIT: I know Homelander’s powers weren’t at full capacity when he was w Stormfront, but Ryan is still a natural born Supe while Homelander is chemically enhanced. Nah we know Homelander can control how strong his lasers are based on that milk scene. He prolly could turn it up just as high as Ryan did. Ryan just had no control and let loose.

19:25 if you guys noticed the car that hits Stormfront in the meme, it's actually the Winchesters' Impala, from Eric Kripke's other show Supernatural!
"She a good supe or a bad supe?"
Wtf? 😂😂
It's TIME TO STOP.
I feel like butcher sent huey to spy on her based on his reaction at the end of ep 7 because it seemed like he realized she was the one blowing up heads.
Me too. They're keeping anyone with any connection to Vought (or even the Boys, or anyone else) out of it, and this time Starlight might understand because its a fucking head popper. Its him trusting his Lenny.
The Stormfront beatdown reminded me of the old Ric Flair led 4 Horsemen beating down Dusty Rhoades.
Also, I miss Nikki.
IKR
it reminded me of the beatdown in the end of Death proof ( Tarantino ) where the 3 girls beat the shit out of Kurt Russell's character
Stormfront literally got *anakined*
Vader: First Time?
She was already Palpatine
Now she wants to be Darth Vader? She’s just Stealing a black man’s job lol
Well, Ryan had the High ground
"Getting Anikined" is a figure of speech.
Atless better then supporting BLM funded by soros
Thank you Sydney!!!
I was hoping to watch this tonight but wasn't expecting it until tomorrow. Appreciate the time and effort!
I like how we see that Homelander doesn't simply lack empathy, he's just only able to empathize with people he considers to be his caliber of person (powerful, sadistic, isolated). Anybody else is fair game 😅
She works for Vaught and Edger. She has control of the opposition, so Vaught always knows what’s a threat.
If you guys are into more quality superhero/antihero shows. Definitely should react to The Umbrella Academy, Harley Quinn and Doom Patrol.
dude you are making some good suggestions I will be happy to watch them react to it
@@sinisterknows6178 The Umbrella Academy S2 really stepped up. Harley Quinn is BRILLIANT, especially the first season, and some aspects of the show are very the boys-ish to me actually. Don't know about Doom Patrol tho considering it's connected to other shows.
I would add Daredevil to that excelent list of yours ^^
Wonderful recommendations!
@@itsjinxnow4814 umbrella academy is one of those shows that want to keep you at the edge of your seat and harley quinn that show came out of the nowhere but oh my goodness it is such a great show it was better then I expected and hilarious
@Quilo Sky weren't they introduced in that titans episode?
My favorite thing about that beatdown is that Maeve and Stormfront had pretty much no interaction all season. Kimiko and Annie both had beef already, but 100% of Maeve's animosity came from the fact that Stormfront is a nazi.
Fun Fact: We love you, Suraj, but interrupting a scene just to complain...eh. Maybe save that for the discussion afterwards. Really derails the reaction for no reason other than to whine. Also, maybe edit those scenes out.😅🙂
I think Suraj has some form of ADHD, which isn’t a bad thing of course but in multiple shows he’s in; he just talks to talk or complain for really no reason.
Agreed.
And moreover, they also look away from the screen. Sucks for shows in general but more for those with subs that they watch.

Seeing stormfront get beaten up to crap was the most satisfying part in the episode
the cool thing with fight scenes like these in this show is that you never know who's gonna die, so it's aways heartbreaking in a unexpected way
Hughie sharing a tragic childhood memory
“That’s odd”
“That he likes to listen to Billy Joel”
Really you can’t shut up for 1 minute and just watch the scene and absorb the backstory, you had to make a little sarcastic crack, this is why Blindwave has more subscribers.
literally the last reaction of them I will ever watch
I feel like Blindwave are the only reaction channel that isn't fake or obnoxious to watch these days. Even ReelRejects is starting to ham up the fake exaggerated reactions. They actually pay attention to and are invested in what they watch.
ValkyrieCain123 Imon and Abby are great as well, they laugh and joke but their still very much getting the full story of the shows they watch

Soldier Boy will be in S3. Did you recognize the Impala? Victoria is the one blowing heads.
You know the part of the episode were queen maave kimiko and starlight took down stormfront people compare that scean to the scene in avengers endgame were all the females team up against thanos army and said that the boys delivered the girls teaming against stormfront was so much better then the scean in endgame were all the girls were teaming up against thanos army
@@KanekiKen-fc3qo yeah I felt like they did rush it in endgame the fact that you mentioned captain marvel just reminds me that she was terrible in that movie because she was only shown at the begin and the end like come on they could have done something better with her character and when she was fighting thanos I was rooting for him
Okay and why did you feel the need to comment this?
@@trey1sandoval Cause he wanted to share his thoughts, I also had similar thoughts when I saw this scene. I immediately thought about this is how you do strong females without forcing it and started thinking about endgame. I assume he had a similar thought process.
Even Homelander was a little confused at the part with the 'white genocide' BS. So good...
He was like ''this bitch for real?''
@@anitaremenarova6662 exactly. That was a really good scene. My ass was itching to watch her getting beat up.

@@anitaremenarova6662 love to just make shit up...
Edgar's comment on not being allowed to lash out as it isn't a luxury for him is so damn true. The angry black man stereotype has been around for a long time, even MM is a low teir version of this.
hmm interesing
People always read that scene as genuine when it's a cynical attempt by Edgar at garnering sympathy. He's the head of a billion dollar company, he's pretty privileged himself.
@@asianfidance2224 Privileged true. But as shown by Stormfront and an interesting quote, "To them your just another n***a."

I know it can get boring, I watch stuff on popcorn time sometimes you should check it out lol
I dont think homelander is racist, he hates everyone equally.
He’s homelander supremacist
@Kingdragos Salvation the fuck are you talking about
Homelander used his controlled heat vision on her, if he did it with intent to kill her, he would've done that...
Homelander held back against her..
Just because you find their relationship annoying, doesn't mean that you have to talk over a scene. Maybe you should think about the rest of the people on the couch that might enjoy their relationship.
You don’t think if it was an issue the people on the couch would discuss it? Not some random guy unaware of the volume of the tv or the speakers?
Deadass, dude. That scene with his son? That shit was so heartwarming and it even humanized HL even though we know he’s a monster and in a sense, you can’t help but feel bad for him because over everything, he just wanted to be loved. He simped HARD for Stormfront and despite her OBVIOUS red flags, he still loved her. Why? Because she loved him.

These uploads of the boys are so random to me, BUT I LOVE IT
Okay, so this reaction isn't anywhere near as bad as the comments are making it out to be, but I gotta agree something's been off of late.
"Baby's first laser. Remember when you kiiled your first nazi?" 😂😂😂
Wasn’t that funny
@@aikaterineillt9876 I think its funny cuz it's such a dub line XD
Love seeing Stormfront get the absolute shit stomped out of her! Shit warmed my soul!! #GirlsGetItDone
The kid's laser was stronger because he was using it 100% full power through rage. We haven't seen Homelander use his laser at full power. His full power may have been during that vision where he killed the protesters but since it was a vision, we don't know for sure.
or ryan could be stronger
I need all of them to watch Lovecraft Country, I would love to see pats take.
I think at 20:14 you can see perfectly how they all have gotten used to the gore in this show. Not a single one of them even flinched
Not gonna lie I don’t think homelander is necessarily racist, he’s just a patriot and a an ablist. You can see in the scene where stormfront was talking about white genocide and homelander was like “uhhhh... wtf are you on?”
as we all know, you can't be racist unless you go all in on white genocide
Victoria is bad, but not even on the level of Stormfront and Homelander. All her kills were strategic while they like to kill innocent strangers.
"he owns a brewery that he owns"
Aya Cash (Stormfront), while not in many things, was one of the leads in an fx comedy called You're the Worst, which is fucking amazing
Homelanders ending just reminded me of South Park... He's jacking it in San Diego
Ahhh I was not expecting this drop. What a pleasant surprise.
Homelander can control his laser we never see him go all out 🤦🏽♂️ sometimes the word Normie is too good for them
Victoria neuman works for Vought, as you can see Edgar always looking at the news when she shows up on Tv
I don't know why I laughed so hard at "Baby's first laser" 😂😂😂 22:36
We know Homelander can control the intensity of his laser, so Ryan isnt stronger as far as were aware
There’s theories Edgar knows about neuman because if you watch almost every scene has him watching her on tv
So cute how the first time Ryan used his powers were first against daddy homelander and momma storm. So cute
actual reaction at 7:28 after all the talking and commercials
Neuwman works for Vought. They knew they would have an opposition so they created their own.
Seriously.. they didn't get injured when Stormfront throw the car?
Yea that was just stupid
Well there's plot Armor and people generally underestimate the power of the seat belt.
I don't get how we've seen Cindy breakdown in pain cos of Stormfront's lighting...but the humans(Frenchie, MM, Hugie even Billy's wife?) are fine.
That is the only thing I didn't like about this ep
Another thing, through out the fight storefronts lighting only tossed people around??
Everyone's so glued to their phones during the peak moments of the show...

“This > Endgames Don’t worry, she’s got help” 😂💜
@@watcherxd Yeah. The only issue people have with the Endgame scene is that it's so artificial. Suddenly every single woman on the battlefield gathers at the same spot? And only them? Boys excluded? Do they have a secret call sign? I liked the scene in a vaccum but it doesn't make any sense. This scene however is awesome and feels like a great pay off to the season.
Lmfao how was this not forced. It’s even more cringe than the Endgame scene
@@MatiZ815 but it’s forced as well tho lol Maeve just popping up out of nowhere is what triggered it just like how all the females just popped up in the same spot in Endgame
@@fabiohendrix4880 I can buy Maeve getting there but I can't buy what happened in Endgame. Also, it serves her character and it's a good climax to all these characters' stories this season. The scene in Endgame has no story purpose to it.

"Is she more like Homelander or more like Starlight."
Try more like Darth Sidious. At least that's the word going around.
@elchema She's playing both sides against each other. And when the final curtain comes down, she plans to take the bow all on her own. all the respect, the love, the power all hers and hers alone. Vought, the Supes, everything will be under her heel.
My theory is the counsellour is working for Edgar. She wants to get to congress or the white house. Then Vought gets more power. Wdgar is always watching her andd is not afraid of Homelander
Really, Suraj finds Starlight and Hughie annoying?!? I find their relationship to be the most real and enjoyable to watch while I find Frenchie and Kimiko's relationship to be incredibly boring and one note.
I love both their relationships.
But hughie and starlight is my favourite❤
Nah, i kinda agree. It's not about being genuine or good. Most people just find Hugie and Starlight boring and bland. Among a cast of such great characters with complex motives, they both stick out like sore thumbs, they are kinda like the cliched goody good shoes. I just find their relationship so dormant, sweet but still uninteresting.
I think they are pretty fucking annoying too, never really liked Starlight as a character either and Hughie is just kind of there lately. That said, I am not a fan of the Frenchie and Kimiko thing either because yes, it is one note and doesn’t seem to really go anywhere anymore.
(But for some reason they don’t get under my skin as much.) Hell, even Butcher’s obsession with Becca irritates the hell out of me. I don’t get it and I don’t buy it.
Although they're not annoying, they are really boring together. I was hoping they wouldn't get together because their relationship was so predictable and cliche.
@@aikaterineillt9876 I agree. All the serious romantic relationships in this show are annoying and bland. The writers need to focus less on forced romance cliches and more on the plot.

Homelander can control the power of his lasers that's why Stormfront was able to take it.
I just love Bria's energy. Ever reaction she's in, I just find myself smiling a lot. Plus she's just so damn gorgeous
Congratulations, Marketa! That’s awesome! 🕺
There’s no telling how that could affect Ryan, so he could still reach Homelander’s level)
Nah, Homelander was holding back during his lasertits scene. Ryan is like a baby rattlesnake, far more dangerous than an adult rattlesnake because they don’t know how to control their venom.
Nah we know Homelander can control how strong his lasers are based on that milk scene. He prolly could turn it up just as high as Ryan did. Ryan just had no control and let loose.
Is it possible for ryan to surpass homelander because if it is that will be shocking
Also I'm pretty sure it was revealed in episode 6 that Stormfront lied about her not breaking easily since Homelander told her he has been thinking a lot about what she said and she said that she will never lie to him again.
@@sinisterknows6178 that could be possible. So far every supe we’ve seen has been made artificially while Ryan is natural. That could mean he’s stronger or at least different in some way. We’ll just have to see.
