If you got back to the first time when Rainer (Ryaner? Idk) They were freaking out like WHO could do this?! And they immediately cut it to her on the news. It's absolutely perfect, in plain sight the WHOLE time.
Rewatched the seasons through these reactions and you immediately recognize that.
It's so blatant, but of course at that point you have no reason to suspect her, so it's a perfectly cheeky little joke by whoever edited the show.
@@dowfreak7For next seasons when something like that happen we ready.
And during the hearing you can actually see her looking directly towards the victims in a lot of shots. It's really well done.
The Girls curb stomping Stormfront will forever be a great moment in this show
Girls do really get it done!
Girls really do get it done 🙏
Now that we’ve reached this point, the difference between Cindy and Victoria’s powers is that, for Cindy, imagine grabbing a tube of toothpaste in the center and squeezing. It’s why she would always motion with her hands before crushing her targets. When it was people, so much more than just their heads would explode.
Cindy was just a red herring, and powers can overlap in most superhero settings. Like most supes have super strength but differ in how powerful they are.
You guys talked over Stormfront's comment about how Edgar is smart "for his kind".
Yea they asking later “I wonder what she thinks about Edgar” and I was like “uhhhhhhhh we know”
@@keef5 Subtitles are just for decoration, didn't you know? :P
So
They often seem confused about things the show clearly explains. I think they talk over a lot of details like that...
and?
What I really love about this show is the complexity and nuance of it. Homelander is absolutely, without a doubt, evil. And YET... he's human. There are moments to sympathize with him. And I think that as much as he is capable of it, he loves his son. He was raised without love and I think he really doesn't understand or "get" love. UNTIL he starts to bond with Ryan. I think he does love Ryan and want to protect him. But that does not make him in any way a good person. And that complexity is very true to life. This show is not "black and white", and I love that about it.
"White genocide" LMAO y'all reacting in sync was perfect. Also Dani is so cute. Can't wait for next season HAHAHA
Even Homelander in that moment was like "wtf is she talking about?" lmao.
People laugh at that motion as we're sitting here with wide open borders systematically putting folks in areas all the while they are taking old IPs with established characters and race swapping them to non-white. At this point that has more merit than what most of the whiny social justice warriors complain about. The cherry on top is major crimes committed by POCs is now swept under the rug by media outlets. When people actively clap and cheer at the prospect of white folks becoming a minority in their own countries that should jolt some auto-pilot NPCs awake but I doubt it.
@@noticemesenpai6585 there's no such thing as white genocide, get over yourself dude
Like….dani is sooo cuteeeee
37:48 stormfront is basically having her life flash before her eyes... she’s addressing her daughter about how beautiful she is in the fall leaves on the path home or something.
I had a really hard time understanding what she said, i'm german
@@onetom2222 the actress said she had the hardest time with it
@@GoddessDictator why is that? because she doesn't speak german?
@@onetom2222 maybe because she's Jewish? I dunno 🤷🏿♂️

Fun fact , Huey and Victoria are now actually dating in real life after working together on this show 🤪
They still a thing?
@@Kaizer_Crownyup
"Why is he against raising him?"
Uhh, Butcher HATES all Supes, lol.
37:29 this the scene I was waiting for. The best acting I've seen of a man filled with hate. Karl Urban killed it.
One thing that I noticed is what Victoria said was the same thing that Raynor said minutes before her death was, "It's a fucking coup."
(Currently, wenting reaction, just paused the climax to say this.)
I still say Stormfront tore Becca's throat in panic as Ryan's heat blast hit her. After all, Rebecca seemed to be holding an open wound not a seared burn... as well as Ryan's laser eyes apparently being widespread not focused enough to cut rather it blasted the limbs from and burned the majority of Stormfront's body.
Nah, that’s not what happened. When he was super mad he cut off Stormfront limbs and when he calmed down he hit his mom accidentally with a weaker laser. Becca wouldn’t be able to talk if Stormfront tore her throat and she said “it’s not his fault”, Ryan said “I’m sorry mom”, it was obvious Ryan. Cutting Stormfront hands would’ve dropped Becca and then Ryan hit her accidentally.
@@reynaldolorenzo8409 thing is, you would still blame yourself so long as you are a factor in the situation. She's aware of that and said it's not his fault.
And I'll hold to Stormfront since the laser didn't pierce both sides.
On the tearing of the throat, I said as the blast hit Stormfront, she'd have likely torn her throat in surprise. It would have been something of a flinch or jerk of the hand as her mind told her to do something to brace herself.
Let's see... last bit. People can talk with a deep wound in their neck. They would find it hard, but adrenaline and worry would help them succeed before the more unlucky victim choke on their own blood.
(I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter. Posting comment now. Break is ending. Thanks for response.)
@@tonywilliams6294 You are reading to much into it. The reason why it doesn’t look like a laser wound and Becca wasn’t burned like Stormfront is because the director failed to make the makeup department do the scene more realistic because they wanted Becca to look normal and be able to talk to make the scene more emotional.
We can keep making theories for years and go no where, the show already gave us the answers. It’s up to you if you want to accept it or not. If the show wanted us to believe Stormfront did it, it wouldn’t have been imply it that way or they would’ve brought that information later. They clearly imply that Ryan did it. Even in S3 Butcher tells “You think I forgot what you did to my Becca?” I’m sure Butcher or Grace would’ve checked her body and the cause of death so that way Ryan didn’t had to live thinking he killed his mom. They never brought any new information about her death and Butcher blamed Ryan in S3 is obviously because he killed her. On top of that in the comics Becca dies giving childbirth, so this was their way of doing it as a reference to the comics. Blame the director for not making the scene more realistic and making it more obvious but Ryan obviously killed his mom.
@@reynaldolorenzo8409 true but it seems like a bit of leeway was left there should they feel the need for a future retcon.
Or maybe just for tension and to avoid showing the kid kill onscreen.
lmao you're talking as if you wrote the script when all you're doing is talk out of your ass@@reynaldolorenzo8409
It’s less that Homelander couldn’t cut through stormfront and more that he wasn’t trying to do that. We’ve seen his laser have different intensity like when it just warmed up a bottle of milk. He’s just surprised she was enjoying it and not trying to control him
His laser if he really fires it and gets pissed off is enough to cut through most things including supes
It really wasn't Ryan's fault, indirectly maybe but she might have died anyway. It was Stormfront ripping her neck as she was hit by the laser. I hate that Becca died. Also we don't know if Ryan's laser is stronger than Homelander's, because we know Homelander can regulate the intensity of his laser. Haha, love your reaction to the second to last scene. Yeah, Cindy doesn't just blow up heads, she blows up the whole body and using her hands.
Yeah no one knows, that's why you don't say you know, we also don't know if there are pink snakes playing chess at the center of Earth.
Cindy crushes things living or non living....Victoria only explodes heads or living things i guess...if u rewatch the season you'll be able to notice the difference in how they kill.
Also Cindy uses her hands.
The head popping scene makes a lot more sense now if you rewatch it and focus on Victoria and what her eyes are doing and who there looking at
36:54 honestly... stormfronts right arm and legs were severed at their base.... her left arm was to her side....
Probably an unfocused cone of laser which cooked stormfront who was standing in the center of the blast while the edges were where the really power focused light was....... which means he LITERALLY blew off her extremities rather than cut them..... which is probably why becka was injured.
Stormfronts arm reflexively closed when the pain hit as its blown off and took a chunk out of beckas neck.
Cindi can crush stuff, and Victoria can explode organic matter, I believe.
Yeah, but when you crush a person, it looks like an explosion.
Cindy implodes things through changing pressure. Vic... Well, watch Gen V.
Actually Neuman already stated her reasoning why she killed those people in the Congressional hearing when she was talking to Senator Bob at the beginning. She just didn't tell him it was her to begin with. The show runner played the same trick in episode 1. Right after Raynor's head blew up, the Boys were in a panic, and asked, "Who do you know that can do that?", then the scene cuts to Edgars office where he was watching a news broadcast covering Neuman. In both instances, the show told us who, just not directly.
Homelander's attitude is kinda parallel with Stormfront. The difference is, he's not discriminatory against skin colour/race but against most everyone he views as inferior. That's why he occasionally mutters under his breath. But he is addicted to his ratings, so that's what has been keeping him somewhat in check.
When Butcher reaches for the crowbar, it is suggested that he was going to attack Ryan with it. I feel Butcher changed his mind when Ryan came to him instead of Homelander. After all, Butcher did say last season as long as he can hurt Homelander, (in this case emotionally) it would be good enough for him. That plus Ryan is everything that's good of Becca that's still alive, so he chose at that moment to protect him. (SPOILER ALERT)
The crowbar is also probably a reference to the comics. It was Butcher's favourite weapon, and Becca's son ends up accidentally killing her upon his accelerated gestation/birth and was hovering over her body, so in grief and hatred, Butcher used a crowbar to kill him
*Eagle The Archer didn’t want to disassociate with his mother so the church kicked him out and out him and his kink.
*Stormfront wasn’t ashamed of being a nazi but the timing under minded her goal. She wanted her army prior and felt ppl would come around.
"what's a twink?" 😂
Best season finale.
And c'mon gals, this is the perfect moment to do some Starlight, Kimiko and Maeve cosplay.
54:04 ...not at all about the way he was hitting her lol I think you're forgetting just how durable all supes are even compared to the strongest of men. If she was not a supe she would be dead from those countless strikes or at the least unconscious.
21:00 remember when Edgar turned down the freska but his chosen drink at his dinner is seltzer.... don’t know what the significance of that is but it’s a neat little detail.
"is it cindy" bro what? 💀
It was a joke
@@onetom2222 it clearly wasnt
I'm sure you guys know by now but homelander chose not to kill her with his laser eyes, that was just them being sexual and weird, if he wanted he could definitely kill her with them.
For sure, he’s way stronger than he really shows off, but I also think he’s stronger than he is tough.... I think he’s literally strong enough to blow apart his own arm if he really punched hard enough.... like what happened with the real black noir...
...:I also like to think that his laser vision might be strong enough to blind himself as well.
They actually put a lot of emphasis on that, throughout the whole show.
Like when he heats up the baby milk with his laser eyes, for no other reason than to tell the viewer that he can control the output.
Which in turn gives him more of an asshole edge, if you think about the moment he killed that terrorist and the civilian behind him, if he could've adjusted the power to just maim the first guy, rather than shoot through him.
"Saturday's for The Boys"
Cindy was a red herring. It was wonderfully done.
It was, but not a very good one for people that pay attention. The fact that it was Victoria was still a shock.
I don't even know anyone who thought she was behind the head-popping.
She was jailed, experimented on and squished whole things she used her powers on. Nothing in that list tells you "she was behind all the head explosions".
Vic being the one was still a huge shock, but Cindy isn't a red herring in the slightest.
@@dowfreak7 I dunno, I disagree entirely. You're left searching for a possible suspect, no one fits the bill, then all-of-the-sudden an unknown player walks out of a room and squashes some dude with her TK? A new-ish power, and character, and one that could accomplish popping Rayner's head? They even tease you a bit and show Cindy escaping with a hitchhiker for no known reason. No, I feel like they seeded that. I thought she was, anyway.
@@dowfreak7 …you’re kidding right? The fact that she can squish shit with her powers definitely would = she was behind the head popping
Bro she literally pops a head onscreen as her first showcase of her powers what are you talking about
@@ThrowAway-wf2sz Her first appearance is her crumpling a whole person, not a head and then immediately following it up with the same hand gesture to crumple (not pop/not explode) the doors.
And she's just a random prisoner in effectively an insane asylum; why the fuck would she even be present to pop some random CIA agent's head in a secluded location during a secret meeting?
4 v 1.... "What a coward" 🤣🤣🤣🤣why was I laughing at that
you should go back and watch the courtroom scene with everyone exploding. With the context from this episode, it's sooo different!
It’s a real eye opener! (Dodges tomato)
Dani's hair is on point, love it
Justice for Cindy tho! Falsely accused lol 😂
homelander can control his heat
William Butcher is the absolute fucking best! As usual he is amazing in this episode. Him yelling for help gets me every time. Both the acting of Anthony Starr and Karl Urban were tremendous.
I feel like this show and this channel is that sweet rare perfect match. Hahaha
If you pay attention Victoria was popping people’s heads and Cindy was crushing their whole body
18:32 He was socially isolated... Hence why Homelander reacted similar, if not worse, when he suddenly had to face a lot of people.
Cindy and Neuman do not have the same powers. I highly recommend watching the spin-off show Gen V.
Any chance you can bump the sound of the show’s audio up a bit ? It’s so quiet.
Watching you three lose your shit over "the girls" kicking Stormfront's ass was the highlight of my day.
This was so good, but whats better, this means season 3 reactions, this show trully gets better and better with each season so far, can't wait to see your reactions to that season, and then we wait season 4 on time, great reactions, thank you for all the your work on uploads and for this journey.
20:55. Refers to Ward Cleaver and his son Beaver. From the show Leave it to Beaver…from the 50s and 60s……that father son bonding
Ward and the Beav were the father and son on the 50's show "Leave it to Beaver."
Homelander isn't racist and just kills people for the shits and giggles. He just thinks he's god lmfao. That's why stormfront is worse than homelander imo.
They're the same, racism motivated murder isn't better or worse than unprovoked murder.
if you want to compare bigotry, Homelander is also able-ist which Stormfront hasn't been. Homelander is human-ist, which Stormfront hasn't been. That's just such a weird thing to nitpick when they are both incarnates of evil.
Girls DO get it done. 😅😂🤣
Not a trial, it was a congressional hearing.
Ohhhh this is a painful episode…
Also I loved how you thought my wife, Victoria Neuman was the one who was dead….😂
Homelander COULD hurt her. He wasnt trying to actually kill her. He can control his powers. Ryan can’t.
Becca is a bit of a heli mom but it’s cause like she said she really really wants Ryan to not grow up like homelander imagine 2 of them we can’t even stop one😂
Yo The Deep so fake here he had me absolutely rolling🤣😭😭

He’s an idiot and deserves all the Ls he takes but i pity him nonetheless 😭
Homelander can control the heat of his beams thats why his laser vision didn't kill stormfront

6:34 Finally! Somebody said it. Everytime someone says supe(s), I just hear soup(s).
How could anyone not shed a tear over Becca's death scene? What an emotional rollercoaster the series is!!! Can't wait to watch you all reacting to season 3!
I really like Dani's hair
The girl fight reaction was what I was waiting for and was everything I was expecting.

Dani that a good look love the hair 👍
47:21 I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, what im about to say is only in the comics and should be assumed as such.
So far with how they’ve handled the life adaptation, it seems they are doing a brilliant job of adapting the material, making it its own thing, and weaving the story more elegantly than the comics creator did... who literally unabashedly hated and still hates superhero comics... only wrote the boys cause he felt it’s the only way he could make money at the time.
In the comics Vic was a barely sentient moronic (and I do mean that in the most insulting way possible) politician who couldn’t even tie his own shoes........ he was vaughts inside man..... became the Vice President..... and then at a presidential pet day or what ever where a bunch of kids visited the whitehouse to meet the President and show their pets to him....
....Vic the veep just opened one of the cages which turned out to be a giant ravenous rabbies frothing badger that literally tore the presidents face off in one leap......
....to be clear, vought DID NOT plan on replacing the President with assassination or anything of the sort. Just wanted a man on the inside...... it was a complete accident that they 100% capitalized on with Vic being President after.........
42:13 lol
47:53 the actress they get for Vic is SMOKING HOT but also looks really smart and frustrating to argue with like most young journalists and politicians.... also the politicians she’s based off of.
Love how they’ve handled the comics AND weaving in the modern politics so elegantly.... no ones hands are clean and no ones above being an asshole.
Ima watch all of this of course but I had to go to the segment when they were beating up stormfront to see your reaction! I knew it was gonna be good lmfaoo

vinland saga s2 reactions when ?
Why are you guys so pro-ATrain but anti-Deep?
They probably thought the writers didn't kill him off in season 1 so he could have a redemption arc and we're expecting that... And the deep is written as a joke, so nobody (the other characters non the audience) takes him seriously.
That's my take
Yeah, it's odd. They're both pieces of shit, and they both have moments that could potentially evoke a certain extent of sympathy/explain the psychology behind being pieces of shit (which in no way excuses their actions), yet the girls just straight up hate Deep, but are constantly rooting for A-Train's redemption. They have an incredibly inconsistent bias between those two.
You guys are in for a ride in season 3!
The boys reactions are the best on the channel😂 most anticipated every week
Cindy & Vic’s powers appear similar but I don’t think they’re the same. Also canonically there have been a bunch of speedsters in this world so multiple people with identical powers wouldn’t be that weird.

I like reacting to you three but please don't presume to tell men how we should be men, in relation to the crying thing... you don't tell me how to be a man, and I won't tell you how to be a woman. There is nothing toxic about masculinity.
There's also nothing emasculating about crying, so...?
@@TheMonkeyShowOnline Fathers must be stoic,
Sons must be brave,
Brothers must be protective,
That's how men must behave.
No, real men don't cry. There is nothing wrong with masculinity. Most men lose the ability to cry when they reach puberty. Nature itself is telling you that crying is effeminate and therefore emasculating.
@@ryanhulme3303 "Most men lose the ability to cry when they reach puberty."
That's just straight up demonstrably false.
What does it say about the fragility of someone's masculinity if something as harmless and natural as tears is such a big, scary threat to them?
@@TheMonkeyShowOnline It is true, a study by NHS England on the matter confirmed that most men in the UK lack the prolactin levels to produce tears. Men have evolved to fight wars, provide for their family in unsafe and stressful conditions since the stone age, and compete with other males for resources and mating rights... we're not emotional creatures. I'm not scared to cry, I'm simply unable to do so and have been since the age of 14, in the same way I'm unable to scream. In the same way men shouldn't cry, for the same reason they shouldn't scream. This reason is because these behaviours are effeminate.
I recognise that the UK and the US have different cultures on what it means to be a man, with your society besotted with turning men into women, and now frankly unable to distinguish what a man and what a woman is. Where I come from however, a stiff upper lip is an honourable trait, and is why my society has survived for a thousand years, and why yours is crumbling after little more than a few hundred years of existence.
As for my fragility, I'm 6'6, 24 years old, with a beautiful wife, a beautiful 2 year old princess for a daughter, and a son who will be here in a few months. There is nothing fragile about me, I'm blessed. I'm curious though... are you a woman, a man or incapable of differentiating the two?
@@ryanhulme3303nothing but the truth! Respect, Sir.
you cry ?
yes
but i'm a man so not in a long while...
OMG not toxic masculinity.
this world wouldn't function if men cries instead of acting.everyone is crying it's nothing to be ashamed of, the only reason to be ashamed is to teach a young boy that it's better to be soft than to fight "like a man" with problems and obstacles instilling such things is deliberate harm to young men you will probably ask why because the world devours weak men.
Crying isn't 'soft'. 'Soft' is being so emotionally fragile that you think crying somehow diminishes your masculinity, or that it's a zero sum game, where your only options are to either cry, or to 'fight like a man', as if it's not possible to be a complex human being who is capable of doing both.
After the reveal in this episode it's fun to go back to the last episode to watch that head popping scene.
