@@AtHomewithLucas yes I do We had an echo show 8 in the kitchen. But when my kids were on unloading the dishwasher they would just sit and watch RUclips So I had to remove the echo show from my kitchen. The Spot still gives us the Echo, but also give a clock
Is the square screen obvious at all or stand out? In other words, does it blend with the glass black surround, or are there times where you can see the square screen?
So when I first got it, I thought it was a half circle. Once the sun hit the display, I noticed it was a rectangle. I would say it noticeable 20% of the time. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice-looking echo, and real works great.
Yes but I do "play music everywhere" so my whole house has speakers. That's why I was saying it can be placed anywhere. Of course you need some bigger bass heavy echos in the main rooms to have a good whole house listening experience.
Navigate to Devices. Select your stereo pair in the Groups section. Tap Edit in the top-right corner. Tap the trash can icon in the top-right corner, and select UNPAIR.
I just bought one because it doesnβt show video
I only wanted it for the clock in my kitchen
Oh cool...so you like it?

Every question you asked in this video was answered by my echo dot! π€ͺ
Lol π
Do you ever wonder if the echo would get wet sitting on sink, or falling into your sink with water in the sink?
Oh I just put it there for the test. I took it down right after. π
Can this work as a chime for the Blink doorbell?
Yes 100% π―π
can it do a "drop in" to another echo so you can talk to someone in another room?
Yes, you can, but it's only audio because it doesn't have a camera.

This basically is only for the bedside or bedroom, small office etc so shouldnβt be expected to do everything demonstrated
