As a visual learner, it would have been great to see the side view of the play including where the ball lands and how far over the opponent's head the ball goes.
Good point. It looks like in this video the trajectory of her "lobs" would be easy setups for the opponent to smash.

Fun drill to practice. I find it important to keep the bend in the legs as consistent on dinks as lobs to hide the shot. Side note, that park slide looks pretty dope.
I've also just been mixing in some regular lobs, including on serves occasionally. That Project 006 looks like a LOT of paddle :)
Question - it doesn’t look like you are pushing up from your legs during the lob. It looks like your legs are moving up after the follow-through?
I thought the same thing. She stays low and bent even after she hits the ball....
Would someone please define 'dinks' and 'lobs'? Definitions of other commonly used Pickleball terms would be helpful too. Thanks!
If only there was a way to look all this up
A dink is a shot that lands in the kitchen. It is mostly hit from the kitchen line. A ball hit from farther back in the court that lands in the kitchen is more often called a drop shot. A lob is a ball that is hit in a high arc, usually the goal of a lob is to hit it high over your opponent’s head. Does that help?
