    CJ, I love your pickleball advice, thank you! What am I doing wrong, I can't get the download to work?

      Hi Barbara, Here's a link to get the download. www.cjjohnsonglobal.com/pickleballfountainofyouth If you are already receiving the weekly newsletter I sent it as an attachment yesterday.
      The stretching guide is a PDF. If you have the attachement and can't open it, my guess is that you don't have a PDF reader, such as adobe pdf reader. There are free versions for your computer or your phone.
      If you have more issues let me know and I'll see if we can get it resolved.

      @@BetterPickleball Hi Thanks for those great warm-up exercises! I try to warm up, but am looked on as odd as everyone just dinks for 3 minutes and starts to play. I'll keep stretching. However, I tried and tried and cannot open your download..and I do have a PDF reader

    Is there a problem with doing a dynamic stretching routine at home, then driving 5 minutes to the courts?

      If it’s only 5 minutes that should be fine. When you get out of the car walk briskly or jog or skip to the courts to elevate your heart rate again

    This virus is shutting pickelball down for quite a while. The YMCA gyms are empty, as they should be. Time will tell. Gerry
