Thanks for the tips. I've strained my one hamstring 3 times in the last three months and it's not fun. Started going to physical therapy trying your advise.
Great routine especially in competitive and tournament play. You’ve added more since the last one you did on this subject too. Unfortunately some of the people I play with would be through playing by the time I finish this routine!😂 Another great video, keep them coming!
For a hard court surface, it's best to wear a tennis shoe. For indoor, hard wood, gym floor type surface, a volleyball type shoe is a good idea. It's more about the surface rather than indoor/outdoor.
A 10 minute warm up that hits the major body parts will work. Be sure to warm up your hips, shoulders, upper legs, lower legs and that's pretty good. A little more is always better if you can.
how many or how long should we do each for a good warm up? I do my warm up at home before I get to the courts, maybe 10 minute drive....is it still affective?
Yes, that's still effective if your drive is that short. A 10 minute warm up that hits the major body parts will do ...hips, shoulder, upper legs, lower legs and you're good. A little more is always better if you can.
Great warmup but if i tried to do this on the court with 10 people waiting to play they would throw me off. Guess I will have to do it in the parking lot.
These are great routines, thanks for inspiring me to recommit. I do my warmup at home because in open play you get to the courts and people want you to get in and play if they need you. Walk my dog, warm up, hit the courts!
Preventing injuries is the name of the game, will be adding this routine to my pregame or practice. Thank for the video
Warming up is crucial. Glad you liked the video!

Lol. That’s the hard part Jeff, having the discipline to get there early! 😎
My thought exactly Jeff but warming up is so important. I don't do it enough so will start modeling
👍🏻👍🏻
Great video and great form - I learned as much about footwork and body placement as I did warm-up. Thank you
Glad it was helpful Ray!

Thanks Ubaid !
Did it! Tnx!
Awesome. Keep it up!
Do you wear different shoes for indoor and outside?

Great video, do you have the name of the song used in the video? Appreciate it
I’ll have to look it up!
Great routine 👌 👏!
😎
how long or how many of these exercises would be a good warm up?

Some of the routines are very helpfu. Just curious -- this adds up to how many minutes of total strictly warm up time?
You should be able to do this in about 15-20 minutes. It’ll vary on how long you spend on each warm up.

Is all this written down somewhere?
Not at the moment, but thanks for the idea !
Write it down for yourself and own it!!
Great warmup but if i tried to do this on the court with 10 people waiting to play they would throw me off. Guess I will have to do it in the parking lot.
Haha. You have to get there before everyone else!

Great!
Honestly I'm pretty tired after just watching this 11 minute video. I'm not sure I'm warmed up though.
Lol
Great video. Thank you!
