Am looking forward to trying this. Made and printed a summary to use until I memorize all the exercises. If it helps anyone ... 1. Lateral shuffles. Elevates heart rate and practices in-game movement. 2. Forearm stretch. 1) Fingers up, pull back. 2) Fist, push down. 3. Core Stretch. Feet SW apart, rotate body left and right. Heels rise with stronger turns. Arms swing, too. 4. Hamstrings. One foot forward, toes raised. Hands raised, then lowered to touch toes, keeping leg and back straight. 5. Calf stretch. One foot back. Heel stays on ground. Hold.
Love that tennis elbow stretch. Thnx!
You're welcome!

This is great Steve, thank you!
Do you stretch before you play pickleball? If you want a longer stretch here's a video you'll love ruclips.net/video/_CUYNbcFe-w/видео.html
My personal trainer says warming up before a game should only include active stretching. When you show the calf stretch that is not an active stretch.
Thanks for the feedback William!
