@Hussein Rizk representation matters, it probably doesn't matter to you because you're not black and you're used to seeing people who look like you. Your comment is very discouraging.
Hussein Rizk nothing about the original comment is ignorant. Privilege comes in so many forms & your comment CLEARLY comes from a person with privilege. Why do people stereotype Blacks and say we will all be thugs, rappers, and ball players? Because that’s all they bother to see. When that’s all that’s seen, that’s all that’s believed to be attainable. It doesn’t go any deeper than that.

Filmon Tewolde as someone who wants to be a CRNA I don’t think there will ever be enough CRNAs to replace anesthesiologists especially as medicine advances, so will the amount of procedures that require anesthesia which increases the demand of anesthesiologists and CRNAs

6:15 yes ma’am, THAT PART ❤️ I don’t have a huge support system, it’s mostly just my husband, our son, and I, which is part of why I chose nurse anesthetist instead of MD.
There's a whole lot of "all lives matter" types in this comment section which is obviously true no one would disagree with you on that. But seeing races which have been systematically oppressed by society for centuries reaching a job as high profile as a doctor is inspiring as it can be more relatable to yourself
Has nothing to do with race but has everything to do with culture. Coming from a immigrant family whose parents worked as grocery baggers and dishwashers at minimum wage my culture raised to be better here in America where opportunities rarely exist in 3rd world countries. Now, I work as an RNFA (surgical nurse) easily making a comfortable income. As a adult now, i know factors that contribute to lower socioeconomic status, it's a lack of emphasis on education, single motherhood, and low accountability. Those are the top 3 factors. It has nothing to do with race.
