MALTA - Dive on the HMS Maori

In La valletta, just under Fort St. Elmo, lays the remains of HMS Maori, a WWII British destroyer which was bombed while in port on 12th February 1942. In 1945 the forward part was reflected and relocated in St. Elmo Bay where it is still today.
The wreck is in shallow water and it has started to deteriorate but there it is still recognizable and marine life around is abundant.
