In 1970, I bought this album and listened to it.
At the time I was 14 years old, I lived in the Far East.
I appreciate that the video was seen.

Todo un espectaculo musical a los 24 años en Australia en el año 1970. Un genio de la guitarra y de la musica que no ha sido valorado como ha debido ser en su tierra Puerto Rico.Ya cuenta con 78 años esperemos que en vida le rindan el reconocimiento que merece. El ha sido un talento musical genuino; no como estos pseudos cantantes urbanos.

I had the pleasure of seeing Jose at least twice in Brisbane, Australia in the early seventies. He had a hit here with "Adios Amor" which apparently he had to relearn for performances in here. To me it's still one of his greatest recordings.
Jose would have been around 25 years old when this was done. What an unbelievable talent. I don’t think anyone else on earth could have done this.
As famous as Jose became, I don’t think he ever became famous enough. He was definitely one of a kind. I have enjoyed him most of my life.
