Could you try making a video about emulating LittleBigPlanet 3? Do you think it would make the game better in some degree or would it make the game worse? I know the games not as old as LBP1 or 2 but you never know.
Where did you get your ROM from? Im not very sure if its just me or the emulator but my LBP2 runs like absolute dog shit because of all the shaders. Maybe it’s the ROM or I haven’t quite configured it yet.
The point of the video is to showcase the online multiplayer functionality of RPCS3, and our private server. So yes the real servers are gone, we're using our own.
You have to implement the dive in function in your server, it doesn't have to work exactly how the real servers do, as long as it gets a response that tells it to join another player, it should work.
Best thing to try would be both players being on a fresh restart of LBP2, usually it stops working entirely after the first join attempt, regardless if it failed or not.
Depends how long ago your friend tried it. This only became possible about a week ago, so you could try it again now if it's been a while. And yes, there's a lot of issues with it, but we got it figured out pretty much now.

I play at 1440p so I wouldn't know for sure, but I'm 99% sure they would work fine at 4K
