Thank you so much for taking the time to put up this information for people to see what it is like day to day. This is extremely helpful so I really appreciate it.
You know something I learned from working at UPS and Amazon (Now a Costco Dedicated Driver for Swift) is that you can’t really get mad at the warehouse workers because of all the intense and harsh work environments inside these distribution centers. It’s hard and it felt really good to escape wage slavery ever since college was no longer an option. Every time I go to my Depot and get my loads everyday, I have ptsd from being a truck loader at UPS and I feel for those guys it’s the hardest job on the planet. Managers couldn’t last a week doing the work warehouse workers do daily but want to boss around you know. Anyway, stay safe and have proper posture this account is more physical I see.
lol damn I member them days i just threw them racks on top of whatever boxes already all over the place so I just get to unloading you would get use to it felt normal to me
I do this account for Crst out of Iowa . Last week I opened my trailer at my first stop and all the totes fell out and pushed the load lock bar off . The lord lock bar fell and hit this lady in the head . They need to do better . There’s gotta be an easier way . Keep grinding bro 💪🏽
Great content bro keep it up.. How long does it take to unload and what’s the pay per trailer? I’m thinking of going with Werner and getting this account
Thank you I appreciate it. $300 a trailer plus 90 plus cents a mile. And go ahead men you will be welcome. Put me as a reference when u make your decision. My IG troyly11 if u have any questions about the account
I did the Dollar Tree account out of Stockton, CA and you can't really tell how long it will take to unload because you can only unload it as fast as they can put it away sometimes its quick and sometimes you're there for like 4-5 hours in the back of the trailer. For me in California I was getting paid $15 an hour plus $0.12 a mile at the same time (ends up being like $24 an hour). I forgot what the unloading pay was but every week I was getting like $1,600-$1,700 before taxes
0.12 cents a mile $15 dollars a hour. WTF yo that’s crazy. They really be slaving us for a lil 💵. The cap is real bro that is bullshit. I would never do that.
You don’t want to exceed on your 12,000 drive tires 34,000 steering tires 34,000 axle tires / Trailer tires With Werner we have a 40,000 pound mark. Anything within that range 34,000-37,000 pound the 8th whole. So between 8,9,10 . I’ll do a I have a video on how to do it but I’ll do another clear video explaining
@@twt7186 okay thank you. I drive for werner teams only been here for 3months .. my trainer didnt teach me anything about tandems or even how to slide them i had to figure that out on my own with my wife(team driver)
That’s crazy most trainers don’t teach these things . They only do what is required the tablet the backing your driving that’s all on the evaluation. Idk for all trainers but from what other PD spoke about. But yeah I personally so everything that I know as much as possible with that time frame
Yeah I know I could do that. If it’s really bad he’ll yeah they re doing that 💯% but when it looks okay I would . Next time imma definitely utilized that 4 sure.
Yeah they making a big deal they like u representing werner and ur a leader. U shouldn’t be cussing at anyone or saying blah. Well I stoood on what I said not breaking. The small video doesn’t tell the whole story. But they worry bout me making the company look bad.

DT should be embarrassed on how that truck was loaded. I hope you guys go on the clock for unloading and dealing with the bullshit.
