It's great not to have to worry about scratches and etc. I've a MM Stingray I'm too scared to scratch so defo looking at one of these for stage use...!
After seeing how a Sanderg bass is built looking at my Fender Jazz MIM 2012 bass ,,,, I feel so violated ,,,, what to do. Very nice bass the owner showed first.

I never really did understand what the hype is about "aged" or "roadworn" instruments.

They are cool.
They are played to the point of them being useful. for example, a new bass will be quite not tuned with the strings ect.
