    Apple dessert with 3 ingredients. Sugar-free, gluten-free and very tasty! I just don't eat sugar! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
    Cooking recipe and ingredients:

    2 apples.
    Peel.
    Add lime juice or lemon juice.
    Grate the apple on a large grater.
    2 eggs.
    250 gr. (8.8 ounces) cottage cheese or ricotta.
    If the apples are not very sweet, you can add a little sweetener to taste. I have stevia.
    Grind with a blender.
    Add the apples.
    Mixes.
    Grease the 20 cm * 7 cm mold with vegetable oil.
    Pour the mixture into a mold.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C (340°F) for 50 minutes.
    Grease with blue agave syrup (optional).

    Dried fruits pour cold water for 15 minutes.

    Use a 1000ml mold. with parchment.
    Pour half of the mixture into a mold.
    Add dried fruits.
    Add the remaining mixture to the mold.
    Almonds 10 gr. (0.4 oz).
    Walnut 10 gr. (0.4 ounces).
    Crushed.
    Garnish with nuts.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (360°F) for 40-45 minutes.
