The hell with turkey for Thanksgiving, I am making this!
I agree Tim, beef and lentils all the way lol 👍🏻
Hey! I sent you a business offer to your email. Check it out if you can.
My apologies, I haven’t seen any offer
Steve I watched the video this morning then had to rush off to work, It was cold and raining, I would have had this for breakfast, It looked so good Great recipe hope your well Bud take care
Thanks Dave, all well over here mate :)
Hi @steeve, can you share more recipes of pressure cooking. Please
I will do yes. Have you seen the pressure cooker pork recipe, if not check that out :)
Thank you for this!!! Could substitutions be made i.e., vegetable broth, maybe just using all kinds of veggies, no meat perhaps? Maybe add tofu cubes at end of cooking for 5-10 minutes or searing chicken breasts on both
sides? Lots of possibilities so Thank you again!!!
Of course, make it your own :) thank you
Amazing. I got frozen short ribs that need to get used up. I’ll give it ago. Thanks Steve. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Same to you Alex, thank you very much buddy:)
That looks delicious, thank you ☺️
Thanks for watching
Look so good, I Will make this for a cold day in Canada, after ski, or à long walk..Thanks Steve🤩🤩
You’re welcome:)
I have to say this Steve! Just finished making this! This is hands down the best beef stew I’ve made. Well balanced, the lintels are a bonus and melt in your mouth as much as the tender beef does! We’re loving it! Thanks again! Happy holidays from my family to yours!
Your videos are always amazing and enjoyable
Very kind, thank you :)
Stevescooking- Looks wonderful! I'd like to make this with a Honey Baked ham bone instead. Since the ham is cured and has a lot of infused flavors like clove and honey, what do you think about omitting the Garam masala, tomato and Worcestershire?
If you’re going to do something like that, yes...I would omit the garam masala. It would work with tomatoes and w sauce :)
@@stevescooking I used red lentils (3 cups!) and ended up with porridge! I'll let you know how rev2 turns out with 1 cup of green ones, as your recipe called for.
This looks so delicious! Great recipe!
Glad you like it, thank you
Great one Steve 👍👍
Thank you mate
Now THAT is a craveable meal, Steve! Thanks!
Thank you for watching :)

Fantastic:)

I know😯 😌
Delicious mate, I don't have a pressure cooker. But I made almost the same, without tomatoes, the traditional way last week.
Cheers
Great, you certainly don’t need a pressure cooker for this...thanks
I just finished my dinner and couldn't eat anything else right now.....7.35 mins later...🤤damn I'm hungry now! Looks epic, must try that this winter!
Thank you, glad you like the dish :)
Thank you Steve, it was delicious even during summer days in Australia 🥳
Great to hear, happy new year 🎉
Another amazing dish. I'll make it the first day of snow
Thank you
Hey Steve about to make this, is there a substitute I can use for the Garamond masala? Couldn’t find it in the store. Thanks
Cumin or curry powder would be ok 👍🏻
@@stevescooking garam* 🤬 spellcheck!!
Thanks brother! Looked online and saw what you said. One substitute was a combination of “Allspice and Cumin: Combine 4 parts ground cumin with 1 part allspice, for an easy substitute when you're in a hurry.”
Looks great, warm and comforting. Keep up the great videos Steve.
Thank you Simon, I appreciate it
I’m making it when I get back from Colorado.
Thanks Jennifer, hope you do :)
Straight outta Yorkshire lol
Ha ha 👍🏻
Perfection! The smell is coming through my iPad! Well done chef! 👍🙏🤜🤛✌️
Glad you like it, thanks for watching :)
I’m going to try this! I got a bag of lentils
Please do, it’s delicious:)
Love a stew thanks for the video. 👍😊
You’re welcome Linda :)
Superb sounding/looking dish Steve! Will make it this week. Question: Garam Masala? If I can't find it in my grocery store herein the states.... is there an alternate spice(s) to use for it??? TFS :)~
Thank you very much Bobby. I live in the states also, you should be able to find it pretty easily if not, use cumin :)
Too much talk....
Wrong channel for you mate
@@stevescooking ~ just wanted to get quicker to the delicious recipe✌️ thanks for sharing👍
