AAM is always scrumptious. Of course, Her violin playing as well. What a smile-- it lights up the concert hall. She could have been a model had she not been a superb violinist-- always love her stylish pixie cut and satin ballgowns. Lastly, I am not a great fan of Beethoven but her performance is changing my mind on the matter. Thsnk you Mrs. Meyers.

I fell in love with this concerto about 25 yrs ago when I heard it for the first time, played by Anne Akiko Meyers. I saw a televised performance of her playing it at the Casals Festival in PR, and it she/the music absolutely knocked me out! I still remember that she was wearing a beautiful red sheath gown...I love her elegant style, and she looks so great in her signature short hair. And she's pretty wonderful as a musician! This particular performance was not in the most wonderful of halls acoustically, but it's the only RUclips video I've found of her playing the Beethoven Violin Concerto, so we'll have to take what we can get.
