      @@HogwartsBasement Yes, I have many more to add this pinned comment onto (we realised RUclips wasn't being clear with the dates and started adding the time of year and location on to the beginning of the videos but for previous ones I'm trying to add these comments!) -Sean -we have fresh videos every Thursday and a podcast that comes out each Sunday so feel free to subscribe if you're enjoying the content!

    Great video. At the start you say “this time of year”…but when was it?

    Do you have a follow up video on how successfully this lot of cuttings did? Thank you!

      If I'm totally honest I can't remember! This was originally shot in 2020 - Martin has since moved house and I'd guess he'd have taken the new plants with him for the new garden! Thanks for watching 🌱 -Sean

      Do not cut the leaves off just let them live.

    Do the cuttings remain in the tray you've shown in the video over winter and pot on next Spring? If so, do you water during winter?

    • @PotsTrowels
      @PotsTrowels  Год назад +2

      Yes I keep them in the trays over winter keeping the compost just moist and pot in early spring, Martin

    How do you know it has enough roots to repot or put in the ground

    Exactly. As others ask, what time of year was this ? I think there was a very brief reference to early summer. May? June? Did you say a sheet of newspaper? Did you mean over the top or under the tray? Your delivery was very rushed. A slower pace and clearer instructions would have helped.

      If I recall correctly, this "short" was clipped from the full length episode here: ruclips.net/video/IORZO_1xxNM/видео.html - both were released in September in the UK so late Summer really 🌱 I hope this helps, we've been making weekly advice videos since 2019 - feel free to subscribe and never miss a thing! -Sean

      These are semi-ripe cuttings which are taken in late summer - Aug-Sept. The newspaper mention was to place over the tray of cuttings to help keep them cool and shield from the sun to aid rooting. Hope that helps. Martin
