Be sure to apply for the NRCS grant through your local USDA office! They'll help pay for your high tunnels.

Great video man!! Love what ya got going with your channel.
We love our cat tunnels from farmers friend. We do the gothic pros - have four of them and each year we alternate two that get tomatoes trellised up to 9 awg wire along the cross bracing. They’re awesome! You should look into doing diy scissor doors for the ends - easy peasy and definitely less than $300-$400!!!
We wish we woulda bought more tunnels before their prices skyrocketed. If we could get 50 ft tunnels at $1200 ea now it would be an automatic no brainer to fill up the farm with them! We might still do it anyhow 😂

Thanks! Yea I’ve seen the scissor doors! I’ll have to build one to try it. Yea the tunnels used to be way cheaper. I feel the same should’ve bought a bunch of them when they were much cheaper

I love your channel. I'm a newbie. Quick question, what crops benefit most from being grown inside of a caterpillar tunnel versus being planted in an open field?

Thanks!! Great question. Most all crops will do better under a tunnel vs the open field however some will benefit more from being under cover vs open field. Tender crops like baby greens and things like that benefit more under a tunnel
