Hi Ma'am, really appreciate the way you explained. We generally get only Non-Technical recruitment role in starting of the career, then a Technical recruitment role. But no company or consultancy provides an Operation Role in HR.
Ma'am, please guide a way I can follow to get a chance to Operation role in any Organization.

I have one very important question mam ...if i have 1 yr experience in IT domain as hr , 1 yr in real estate , 1 yr in fashion as they are different firms ( it , fashion , real estate ) so then this are 3 yrs all together so this experience is counted as 3 yrs if i go to a any industry ( eg . Many companies are hiring B.Tech candidates as Technical recruiters or IT Recruiter.
If you possess knowledge of IT terms (you know better as you are from civil background & not IT) then it could be a good option for you.
Otherwise, non - technical recruiter option is also open.
Other options are going for generalist profile which can take you to managerial positions in future.

Actually I have one query . I have worked as an Hr Executive in a good company but due to some reason I resigned now I'm getting a job in consultancy as an hr recruiter. So should I go with that offer? As working in company and consultancy is totally different Can you please guide me it will be a great help from your side.

Instead, prepare a great answer convincing interviewer that how 3 years of sales experience can help you to get candidates as an HR.
