Ees fill Different forms, ID creation, system allocation etc
Can be part of On-boarding

(Tracking attendance)
5. Payroll Processing

Many day to day operations - eg. Event management, ee engagement, short term training sessions
8. Employee Grievance handling
eg. Related to leaves, payroll, policies etc

Exit interviews must be conducted.
More :
In some companies there might be specific ee for specific function. So, that won't fall under executive's purview. eg. HR recruiter, payroll specialist, legal person for policies & procedures
