You have to login with company's employer I'd and then jobs can be posted based on criteria provided by company.
Add filters to it like key skills, qualification, experience, salary etc.

but the way ur telling me yaa it's informative but more of its is giving me an anxiety attack as in I'm not going 2 give and interview but an very big and dangerous drugs consignment!! I mean it's an interview or interrogation, aap phas jaoge n all wtf is this interviewer bhi insaan hi hai koi chez nhi aati woh unhe bhi samjh me aati hai and starting me koi bhi co. unka work pipeline sikhati hi hai .. but yaa whatever
