@@jetn4677 I have a dissociative disorder as well, and while I have protectors, I still fall into harms way too, a lot. People with DID have differing situations and systems, and its not fair of you to assume that all systems can react perfectly to all situations. Things happen.
@@jetn4677 it doesn’t matter how protective the protectors are, life is crazy and unpredictable. You can look both ways before crossing the road and get hit by a plane. Protectors can only do so much taking in consideration the self-destructive alters, and the simple alters that aren’t clairvoyant
The guy who put you through all of this is just absolutely disgusting. You have been so incredibly strong and resilient keeping up with this. Back when I was struggling with mental health issues, watching your content and your well-spoken comments throughout helped me out tremendously. I hope there is an end in sight soon.
Intellectual property law is not just complicated, it's badly written. Absolutely absurd that RUclips would take down videos from way before you knew this individual, when they allow far more provocative and disturbing footage that is constantly reported but NOT taken down. I hope you win this!

We are so grateful for your support and the love you have been sending our way! We are in high spirits - this means we can cover the costs for the next IP hearing on the 21st and 22nd June 2022.
Any donations that exceed the original £68,000 goal will help cover the fees for us to be represented at the post-judgement hearing (the hearing after the decision has been made). We will add a stretch target goal and those donations will also be used to fund legal representation for the Harassment Claim. The post-judgement hearing should hopefully be the last hearing for the IP Case. We will keep you updated on hearing dates!

I don't know if that works tho does it? Putting it on replay overnight? I heard something ages ago about how it doesn't work like that but I'm not sure tbh! Maybe it's changed
@@Chelle8847 if you are going to put it on replay, you should put it in a playlist with another video or 2 that way it doesnt look like a bot on youtubes stats. it raises the view count, which spreads the video to other people. its not extremely effective, but it does something. you also need to have your volume up a little bit, i dont think your view counts if your device is muted, but i could be wrong. replaying is more so for view count to spread it out more. the higher views, the more youtube will "promote" it to other people. like mr. beast, i dont watch any videos that are similar to his content but i still get his videos recommended because it's a "popular" video.

It's a shame and blatant structural injustice, rooted in the kyriarchal fabrics of most societies. Of course this translates into the justice system.
To battle that systems: From black communties ... emerged the concept of "transformative justice". It's well worth delving into ...

Sounds similar to the editors who duped the Clairity Project. Claire was another disabled person with Cystic Fibrosis who made videos about her chronic progressive disease. One day, her editors locked her out of her RUclips Channel and took all her profit from all her videos. She didn’t have the energy to fight them since she was chronically ill and dying. A few years later she died, and her stolen RUclips channel is still up, still making profit for thieves. Not a single cent will go to her family.

It seems like, to me, that this guy was looking for someone that he could control into a sexual relationship and, when you refused (rightfully so), he got mad and figured he would cut off your income and build a copyright case against you. Basically, I wonder if he wanted to "ruin you" because you refused a personal relationship. Doesn't sound like someone who deserves to have a youtube account if he's abusing the process. I hope you're able to win these cases against him because he's just harassing you all at this point. So horrible!

Your channel was the first I came across after being diagnosed DID 3 years ago. Though it was a relieving feeling having my doctor and therapist work together and realize it wasn’t schizophrenia, your videos helped me significantly in the day-to-day life as a system. The catharsis has helped. These videos need to come back. It’s not much but I’ll do what I can so that you all have the best opportunity to win this case.
