Hotfix gun - glues on hotfix rhinestones on. Rhinestones have glue on - at the back. By pressing Hotfix gun on rhinestones- it melts the glue underneath the rhinestone- that way rhinestones get attached on. You can also use iron to glue on Hotfix rhinestones on. I have a tutorial on it:

would this tool work/ glue the Rhinestones on shoe's surface which is not flat at all, particular at button near the sole?
I guess so. It depends on the material. 🌞👍🏼

Yes B7000 glue will work too on acrylic or plastic embellishments. 👍🏼
Hotfix rhinestones are advertised as hotfix- they are crystals or glass rhinestones with attached glue at the back.
Think Hotfix is much stronger than glued embellishments. But it all depends on a quality of the glue, fabric and hotfix stones.
Always test a sample first. 😊👍🏼

There is 2 tips that are flat. What's that for? It's called a flat back? Why?
They can be used on a flat rhinestones and embellishments. 😊👍🏼
Can it be used for nylon spandex fabrics?
Yes. But of course first try on a small sample. 😊👍🏼
Do you have to a apply specific type of rhinestones for this tool to work?
Yes- hotfix rhinestones. 😊👍🏼 they are glass rhinestones with black glue back. 😊👍🏼

It will be black at the back unfortunately. Unless you can find Hotfix cristals with clear back. 😊🌞👍🏼✨

I have rhinestones in SS8 and SS30 and unfortunately the applicator has no tip in this size, do you think it works with a bigger tip?
A flat tip will work on them 😊👍🏼

Use lit tea candle flame and tweezers...works all the time. No heat wand needed.
Is it washable? Do the rhinestones stick after machine wash?
I would recommend- hand wash it by hand.
Rhinestones stick well. But in washing machine some can come apart. I tried it before. 😊👍🏼
Hi I used this for my first time and washed this exact dress I applied the rhinestones on some of them came off and now are lifting any suggestions on what I should have avoided?

Maybe hold Hotfix applicator longer on rhinestones- so it sticks on permanently.
Maybe some of your rhinestones were faulty- that’s why they come off- it can happen sometimes.
Maybe hand wash your dress- it will protect the rhinestones. (I know it’s inconvenient- but it will protect rhinestones 😊👍🏼)

Place rhinestones on a garment- then put a cloth over it- then iron it. (Cloth on top is essential- to protect the garment)

Applicator doesn’t have glue. Rhinestones have glue on a flat side. 😊👍🏼

Plastic ones will melt. Glass ones- shouldn’t.

What do you mean? I haven’t seen flat rhinestones. But if you have flat ones- then you can still use this device- as it has flat nozzle too. 😊👍🏼

I would recommend hand washing if you apply rhinestones on. 😊👍🏼

Can you use it with any size rhinestone?
Hotfix Applicator tool comes with different size tips. So yes you can- as soon as it’s hotfix rhinestone. 😊👍🏼

Make sure tip is cold and then scrape glue off. 👍🏼
The rhinestone are pre-glued?
Yes- it’s a glass Hotfix rhinestone. With a black glue at the back. 😊👍🏼
