this is my whole problem in a nutshell awesome vid going to have a look through the rest tonight an will be trying hard to get into a good routine an working out a bit more an hopefully be lesss stressed keep up the good work man
not too goood tbh bu thats more to do with whats been happening in life a lost my dad an struggling to get into a routine an normal life again falling back into bad habits an scare dhow far i may fall
I used to go to sleep at six am wake at twelve pm I recently started going to bed at ten pm waking at five am I'm struggling with being groggy sometimes due to my allergies can't take loratadine as it caused insomnia argh
great vid man! im a night owl , but i dont have stress and have work during the day, Im gonna try to shift my schedule to morning routine see if i can get more done! Normally i work in the evening
I don't think it's society. If anything, artifical light has made it worse. As humans we've always got up with the sun and slept when it goes down cos we can't see anymore haha.
I feel like i got few more hours of the day by wake up early , i know it is the same 24/day but i just don't have energy To do work when i wake up late or very late
