from a health perspective, it is actually recommended that we go to bed around 10 pm because during the night is when our body tunes down and rejuvenates. It is actually healthier in the long run. Having said that, I am a night owl and I hardly get any quality sleep. But I do find myself doing work a lot easier during the night when it is quiet. I guess there are pros and cons, it is really up to us in the end to determine which is our top priority.
I am not a morning person at all. I feel no motivation all day, but the moment it gets dark, i want to do things, and feel super motivated. But i really want to be a morning person because the world works more on morning routines, then night ones. I am really trying to become a morning person, hope it becomes a permanent thing soon.

According to your clock I am a morning person. Yay! Jokes aside, I used to wake up before 6 pretty much everyday before the pandemic and now it's around 7:30-8 but I guess it's not as bad. I would love to go back to waking up before 6 though. I have been there and I just loved having that time for myself before the world wakes up! 💛
