Dr. Levy is a board-certified cardiologist and a bar-certified attorney. After practicing adult cardiology for 15 years, he began to research the enormous toxicity associated with much dental work, as well as the pronounced ability of properly-administered vitamin C to neutralize this toxicity. He has now written 13 books, with several addressing the wide-ranging properties of vitamin C in neutralizing all toxins and resolving most infections, as well as its vital role in the effective treatment of heart disease and cancer.

While supplementation can be helpful, it's important to note that many essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fats can be obtained through a diet rich in fermented foods. The fermentation process not only increases the bioavailability of nutrients but also produces beneficial probiotics, enzymes, and compounds like vitamin K2. Fermented vegetables, dairy products like yogurt and kefir, as well as fermented soy foods are excellent sources of these health-promoting components. Additionally, the probiotic bacteria present in fermented foods can boost immune function and help combat oral infections which, as mentioned, are a major contributing factor to heart disease and inflammation. By incorporating a variety of nutrient-dense fermented foods into your diet, you can supply your body with a wide array of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fats in a highly absorbable form while also supporting your oral and overall health through their probiotic and antimicrobial properties.

If you value vitamin C, you'll be amazed with what supplemental Cysteine (as NAC) does to boost your intracellular detoxification pathways (NAC boosts Glutathione, the ACTUAL molecule used for binding radical toxins within human cells, as evidenced by its use in Hospitals worldwide, for liver damage, unlike vitamin C).
When I began supplementing with it, I noticed how much better I felt, as it gets recycled rapidly and can be used millions of times, unlike vitamin C. If vitamin C was so critical for human health, the gene coding for its synthesis, would not have been deleted millions of years ago, as it would have threatened the viability of the human species
Even on its own, the sulphur (thiol) group found in the Cysteine molecule, is a potent anti mucolytic, which rapidly restores lung function in patients struggling to detoxify their lungs

Usually available in Mg Citrate,(inexpensive yet effective, high doses can cause loose motions), Mg Glycinate (effective for all purposes, reduces stress, good for sleep & relaxation), Mg Taurate (gives additional benefits of Taurine) Mg Threonate (patented version- expensive, besides usual Mg benefits enhances brain focus, memory etc.)
I take Mg Citrate in the morning & Mg Glycinate at night.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation:
🌆 Magnesium is crucial for health, acting as a natural calcium channel blocker and dissolving calcium deposits.
⚡️ Magnesium as a single supplement decreases all-cause mortality by positively impacting every cell in the body.
🌞 Vitamin D3 is similarly important to magnesium, as nothing else can substitute its benefits.
🍋 Vitamin C is essential, but ranked below magnesium and Vitamin D3 because other antioxidants can partly compensate for its deficiency.
🦾 Vitamin K2 helps mobilize calcium, complementing the roles of magnesium and Vitamin D3.
💊 Lysine and Proline, part of a regimen to prevent or help dissolve plaques, addressing cardiovascular disease risks.
🦷 Oral cavity toxicity is linked to heart disease, with studies showing oral pathogens found in arterial plaques of 100% of heart attack patients.
💊 Omega-3, mixed tocopherols, B complex, and potassium iodine are also important for various health aspects, supporting foundational supplementation.

@@nicholas5569agreed and this is coming from someone that's getting close to 10,000 hours of hard science health research. However, other health factors can cause some people to be sensitive to too much iodine so it's important to be aware of that if supplementing beyond iodine rich foods. A lot of Asian cultures though eat up to 20 times the amount of iodine that we do in the West and those populations do not see more issues with hyperthyroidism or hashimoto's, both of which can be aggravated by iodine in some individuals. For the average healthy human, seems like higher than the RDA is definitely beneficial to health.
