would it be ok if you ask your employer's insurance to buy your medical treatment? I asked my claim adjuster in a way that the adjuster won't realize that I am really after of selling my medical treatment just to get money from the insurance and it worked

what if the attorney doesn't represent you but instead takes a pay off from the insurance company to offer you less money? How can you guard yourself from corrupted attorney's and insurance companies?

Here is a scenario. When somebody says this: "the judge used to be defensive attorney, now became judge. How the claimant can win in this situation. And then propose the compromise and release for thinking that the Judge might be not fair and lean on the employer side, and then if the claimant loses, then the employer might take this pretext and retaliate and layoff or terminate to get rid of the employee.

Can you do a compromise & release after you have left the job and you've received part of the settlement after the case was settled ?

Yes you can. The trick is to continue your medical treatment on your stipulations. The more they’re paying for your medical treatment under your stipulations, the more beneficial it is for them to go ahead and compromise and release your case. If they owe you money from your stipulations still, they will calculate that into the compromise and release.

Hello, if you say your job wants to keep you and you would like to keep your job, you should not voluntarily resign. If you want to stop working for this company and move to a different company then you should consider the voluntary resignation
