What would one do if your fingertip got cut off at work. had an impairment rating of 4% but the Dr's said no future medical treatment required? im writing up a C&R currently and want the most i can get from the insurance company. The more they’re paying for your medical treatment under your stipulations, the more beneficial it is for them to go ahead and compromise and release your case. If they owe you money from your stipulations still, they will calculate that into the compromise and release.
Hello, if you say your job wants to keep you and you would like to keep your job, you should not voluntarily resign. If you want to stop working for this company and move to a different company then you should consider the voluntary resignation
