There is only a small bridge separating the two parks, so technically the transition is instant. But Tolantongo is MASSIVE and would probably take 30 minutes to walk from la gloria all the way to the pozas which is one of the most interesting places.

Another RUclipsr said there's transport that you could have taken from the cave to where the pools are, instead of walking 1 hour up the road.
