Hermano agradecido por tus videos . tengo 2015 dd15 y hace el mismo sonido en el motor lo lleve al mecanico lo abrio pero no vio juego en el cam housing y me dice que le va hacer otro test para ver si la cabeza . Mi pregunta si fuera la cabeza el coolant estuviera bajo o mezclado con el aceite ? poque lo chequie y no esta mezclado y los niveles estan correctos y con el color apropiado . Que pudiera Ser en tu conocimeinto ?

Hello Francisco .. I have a 2014 Freightliner DD15.. Currently dealing with three codes.. 1. SPN 636 fmi 2 related to cam and crankshaft sensor sync... 2 SPN 3216 fmi 2 inlet nox sensor... SPN 3251 DPF Pressure High.. I've had the filters removed and cleaned three times in the last 2 months... SPN 3251 normally goes away after reinstall and doing a forced regen.. My question is could the reason the filters keep getting clogged be because of the NOX Sensor failure and replacing the Inlet NOX Sensor will prevent frequent need to pull DPF filters and clean or if still have SPN 636 related to Camshaft still keep the aftertreatment system from doing passive regen as the truck goes down the road? Truck normally does 400 - 500 miles/day.

How can you tell if the cam housing is cracked?
Hey Francisco was wondering when you put the black tool that goes inside the cam shaft position sensor , after you find the position can you remove it? Or will if have to stay in during the whole process
That one is just a double check plate. The important one is the one in the front area of the camshaft. You can remove it and nothing will happen

Le isieron bypass el DEF y cambien la ECM y no fue programada para ese camio (era usada) a estado funcionando por 10 meses pero no tiene mucha fuersa. La pregunta la puedo problemar yo? Gracias

Oye primo una pregunta, el punto en la flywheel se alinea con cual otra parte? En el video no sale la otra marca que mencionas

No hay otra marca. el punto se alinea con la esquinita donde el pone el dedo cuando esta señalando el punto,pero solo es una referencia te recomiendo usar el pin para asegurar que esté bien atiempado

Francisco buenas tardes muchas gracias por contestar .El camion enciende r corre pero solo a 40 millas pero es Todo ,no acelera mas es como si no injectara El diesel con precion ,comp tell dije ya le pisieron turbo injectors y la pompa del diesel .

Ese problema es muy simple amigo su problema es la transmission cuando el motor aumenta la revoluciónes a la 40 mph significa que unos de los sellos en los pitones del drun the forward está damage,(malo,tostado) y eso hace que pierda fuerza la transmission y no pase de la 40 mph,oseas el problema no es el motor es la transmisión

If it is not leaking from the top of the engine, it is going to be the fuel pump and air compressor
Francisco Amaya are those seals in the compression and fuel pump or does the whole thing need replace

If its leaking from the back of the oil pan then it could also be the flywheel housing.
