Pee Cee, that video was f-ing amazing. The first time I have seen this done with such precision and no out of focus problems. I was a bit worried when you looped that hook on. I had visions of that mono getting scratched by the blade of the hook. And there is no way in hell you could loop a lure on there. I think you would have to tie the lure to a leader and loop the leader. There is no way to get two sets of trebbel hooks through that. The music was pretty damn cool as well. Keep up the vids. I dig em.

Excellent for fishing redtail perch in the Oregon surf. I fish 2 of these dropper loops on my leader and it never tangles! Not unusual to catch 2 perch at once! Thanks for the great video, be well and fish on!

So I've been experimenting with droppers and find that making the loop and the length between loops requires voodoo. Any tips to standardize 2 loops evenly spaced and same size loop would be appreciated. I did make a peg board and still can't standardize everything. The dimensions are always off 1/2 inch to 2,3, 4 or more inches. Thanks!
Hi OBX, sorry for the delayed reply. I am in the process of making applications of this dropper loop. It will be done in a few days. a 1/2 to 2 inch are quite acceptable though.

hi, thanks for the video but i find this way of doing the knot not practicle unless you have a leader of 50 cm and you have to do only one dropper, otherwise it is useless. thanks

Nice video but i really don't see the point of using a knot like that in the fishing act it self . The knot is interresting and well done but in my opinion is more artistinc then usefull in fishing .

Use the handle of a pair of needle nose pliers to attach your loop to and then make your twist, this works very well.

Will it work with 80 lb monofilament leader material? Also, does the loop ever unravel? How long can one make the loop, eg. 8 inches?
80 lbs can be done. But getting the loop through the eye of a smaller hook could be a problem. 7 or 8 inches is good.

Yes, you can. for two, start off from the open ends. you can do as many as you want, but it's going to be messy if more than two.
