    She works with seniors and is going for a nursing degree, I would not want her looking after a pet let alone an elderly person, or be my nurse. Her level of understanding is lacking about anything, and that is scary having her follow a doctor's order. The way she talks about her child also is a bit disturbing, like they are also inconvenient.

      She's got to get through nursing school before she can be a nurse.
      Probation is likely A LOT easier than nursing school..... just saying.
      When I went, it was like boot camp. She won't get through it with that attitude.

      She seems to be able to get around everywhere BUT to get her tether or SCRAM.
      We all have busy lives and lots of stuff is "inconvenient"...but your ass better damn well do WHAT THE COURT MANDATES.
      Her attitude is not acceptable and she deserved more than 5 days in jail. But I do applaud Judge Simpson for not accepting her bullshit attitude.
      And honestly what is up with her clothes...who wears "Pink" gear to Court?
      The lack of Respect for our Court System is ridiculous.
      I've seen people show up in bonnets, nasty graphic tees and shorts, slipper like shoes, dirty clothes, tacky ghetto jewelry... it's ridiculous.

      She and her attorney agree her young age and busy schedule are mainr factors for her inability to follow through with court orders. In case no one's told her when schools in session it is equivalent to a FT job, as nsg education includes clinicals- outside of in class college hours.
      She is in court after breaking laws and per Judge accumulating violations. At this junture most people even 22 yr olds & younger would be doing all they can to take accountability and explain not make excuses what changes they're making to comply going forward with court orders. I pray there is a loving caring adult who is the real-life caregiver for her child.
      Side note: curious about her grade average, meeting academic criteria for nsg school. She seems to have difficulty with both verbal expression AND comprehension. Unrelated to understandable anxiety or apprehension being in court.
      Her attorney isn't helping her.

    Just an FYI..she'll never get an RN certification. The first time one sits for RN boards, a background check is done. Then her application is denied. My guess is she either hasn't told or lied to the state board for her CNA certification. Any felonies make one ineligible for either CNA, LPN, or RN. She talks about being in nursing school. She is likely taking general prerequisites because the school will run her through a background check and she'll likely be denied admittance. The schools aren't going to waste coveted positions on people who won't pass. I saw this happen the first week of nursing school. Purge time. 3 got kicked out as soon as the results came.

    • @TheTonyMcD
      @TheTonyMcD 3 месяца назад +8

      Where in the world are you getting this from? First, she currently has no criminal convictions. Second, she is facing a misdemeanor, not a felony. And this entire case could easily have occurred after she was enrolled or obtained certifications.
      But even aside from that, you absolutely can become an RN with criminal convictions. My cousin is an RN and she has both a dui and possession charges. Just because they do a background check doesn't mean you are automatically disqualified for anything it finds.

    Does she not have siblings/parents or even the father of her child’s parents/siblings? What about friends/relatives?
