Great intro, I never heard of someone making note of people having different beginnings. Everyone has different responsibilities and I always felt I was behind on my finances even though I invested time to accelerate my education. Thanks for putting things in perspective and helping us set the right goals. Now let's put in the work.
Fantastic tips, Rose. One thing you said that really resonated with me was at the beginning of your video, "focus on direction, not speed." I believe too many people are overwhelmed and stressed because they compare themselves to others for the definition of success. Occasional comparisons can serve as a motivating factor but overall, comparisons are never done fairly for the simple reason that no one begins the "race" at the same starting life.
Well said! I see so many discouraged comments under those “I paid 80K of student debt in 10 months!” If you don’t make even make 80K per year, it’s completely absurd to think you’ll have that much left over to pay off debt. But it does something to folks, psychologically, to see those examples, I love that Rose brought us back down to Earth lol

Going to turn 35 in November, just started a career and making good money. I feel like this channel is helping grow up finally lol Going start "automating my finances" Thank you Rose! Keep making these vids.
Great stuff Rose, I've recommended your vlog to my 3 children. Best advice I ever got was from my grandmother. She said, watch your pennies and the dollars take care of themselves, she also said, there is no amount of money too small to save. The third best piece I got was from a friend's grandfather, he said, kid it ain't what you make it's what you save. Save nothing means you made nothing. Keep up the good work Rose.
I'm turning 28 soon, and so glad I stumbled upon this video! I am finally getting to the point of my life where I am putting more serious thoughts and action plans into my financial situations. I'm realizing financial abundance has everything to do with my relationship with money. It's really helpful to have these tips in mind heading into my 30's soon, so that I can keep moving in a direction of creating a healthier and more prosperous relationship with money! I am currently working towards creating my own business that I love, and can't wait for the day I start making income out of it!!
I'm finally in the positive with my net worth. I'm tackling my student loans and decided my reward for paying off each one is to buy a stock in a company that pays dividends. Get my net worth up and start a 2nd stream of income.
I definitely did *not* expect a video like this to make me feel *better*. I thought I was really behind in my early 30s, and honestly, this is so applicable to anyone trying to get a handle on their finances who isn't... loaded out of their minds. Really applicable and doable things to at least *start* learning more that I need to learn, decide what I need to decide.
I think this is my first RUclips comment, and I gotta say, I was really moved by how you connected all of your points with the inner scorecard analogy. I turned 29 a few months ago, and I am moving towards turning my life around financially. Your channel has been a solid resource for me during the pandemic to re-evaluate how to use my income for my future. I sense your passion in your messaging, and from one (Kor-Am!) millennial to another, thank you for elevating this generation with this kind of essential knowledge. I look forward to more of your videos, and I’ll be sure to refer this channel to my network of friends and colleagues. Cheers!
I'm really enjoying my 30s. I think I'm in the right path. Knowledge and a proper mindset help people to achieve their goals. Thank you so much for your videos!! 😊
Rose, Just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your RUclips Channel. There are a lot of people on RUclips offering advice, but when it comes to complex issues of investing I don't understand, I watch your videos. You are a great teacher! Keep up the great work!
I’m trying to finally be debt free before I turn 40. Being in my early 30s and still have lots of student loans to pay is killing me and I wanna finally get free from it. I also just started investing this past year so I feel I’m in the right trajectory, even if I started caring about this stuff in my 30s! And one last thing, the new job I got is something I can see myself In long term (at last). This decade is looking up 🙏🏽
You're so inspirational. I wish I could've had the chance to see your videos when I was younger. I just turned 33 years old and only had one income which I have lost due to COVID-19. I've been living with my last paycheck and a little saving that I had. I just finished my associate degree a couple months ago which I paid while studying, so I'm currently debt-free from college. Still, I feel that I failed on thinking of other ways to produce incomes. I always thought that once I get my degree I would be able to apply for a better job, which now is difficult to find. For the last 2 months on lockdown I've been feeling frustrated and confused about what to do next. I'm now investing my energy in learning about assets and passive income. Thank you for the big lessons and tips.
As an attorney who has dedicated himself to ensuring his clients plan and save, this video and the one that was just released this month (July) are the most engaging, accurate and easy to digest I have seen. Really enjoyable!
This comment is not only about this clip, but I just found your channel and watched several vids, and I love how you compliment the textbook info with your personal insight and experiences. I've seen multiple vids where you are being honest about both your strengths and your opportunities, and past experiences where you might have done something different. It's a refreshing change of pace from the typical personal investment youtubers that all seem savvy and disciplined from the day they opened their childhood lemonade stand. Makes the journey easier to relate to. Thanks.
I’m 50 and I just started investing , i want to retire in five years but I don’t have enough money for retirement although I’m debt free, I want to have financial freedom, thanks to you
Starting this year I been really interested in finances and reaching financial wealth. Just last month I started investing and so far everything looks good, thanks to your videos! I plan to make a video on my financial strategy, but this is all exciting especially starting now! Wish you the best!
I’ve been watching your videos accidentally last night and I find all your recommendations very relatable and wise financial advices that I encounter on my 45 years of existence--- start investing as early as you can -- and I learned a lot from your videos, some I already knew but not doing it yet and it turns to a reality check for me to do more and agressive with savings and investing. You got my subscription and more power to you!
Yay! I'm sooo glad that I found this channel! I just got promote it as an mechanic working in a warehouse last month. Now its time for me to shine, saving and investing money! Hope I save a lot next year!
Hi Rose, I've started watching your vids for the past 2 weeks and have finally subscribed. You've encouraged me to take the first step towards investing in Index Funds and I've already seen decent gains (despite what's happening). This is the most relatable video I've come across having turned 33 recently and looking back at all the things I wish I had done better in my early to late 20s. However, as you say, 'don't be so hard on yourself'. We are all running different races and inner game is important; I was looking for this and thank you so much for the advice.
I've been so watching so many of these personal finance experts on RUclips and this is one of the best videos I've seen. Cant wait to watch more. Keep up the great work Rose!
Thanks for these tips:) I am 31 just like you! One thing I am proud of is that I never paid attention to lifestyle inflation and always kept my expenses minimal! I am great saver and budgeter but I definitely need more knowledge on investing. Thanks for these tips!
Great tips, I wish I can starts at my 20 years again (dreaming). I just start paying myself first every time I get pay and have it direct deposit to new bank account. Learning how to invest on Webull. Using more cash, haven't eat out anymore, starts to sell anything I can find that I'm not using. Looking life in a whole perspective.
I finally have a positive net worth even with a 14k loan on my car. Im on track with everything I need to accomplish finally. paying off student loan debt and cc debt was a major accomplishment. The car is next for sure, maybe over 2-3 years
All prudent advises, one thing I can add is: make it your life's goal for your 20s or 30s to be financially independent. It's not about diversify as Rose states, don't make this a side job. But go all out, find your passion, find your niche, make your money from it. You are not financially secure as long as your income is from paychecks, regardless how big it is.
Not everyone can work for themselves. There is a whole world that needs to work. We need drs nurses engineers construction workers grocery store workers ect... Not everyone wants the responsibility to work for themselves. A good secure paycheck is part of financial freedom. Please do not disrespect all the people who work for a paycheck. They help YOU maintain your lifestyle.
JulieVe at Jewel.s.Journey you seemed to be confused by a few concepts: 1. There is no such thing as a “secure paycheck”. If someone writes you a check, that someone can stop writing you that check. 2. Financial independence is not without exchange of value with society. You just do so without your boss taking a cut. All of what you listed can be run as businesses by some entrepreneurial individuals. 3. Not everyone will succeed at financial independence. Your chance is 0 if you don’t even ask yourself to. 4. Stating the fact that life on paychecks is not financial independence is by no means disrespect to people who do rely on it. I’m merely encouraging young people to ask more from their lives. If you don’t want the responsibility, you don’t have the security. Very simple.
@@motojc I don’t agree. I am a nursing student and I’m already in love with my profession. Though, in a profession like mine, it’s simply almost impossible to not work for a company and have someone ‘write you a check’. I work for the government and am happy to serve and care for the public, but the fact of the matter is it’s a service job. Are you saying that everyone that has or depends on a service job can’t achieve financial independence or security? I most definitely do not agree. Frankly, I think mine is one of the most stable jobs you can have. Please stop perpetuating that idea that employees or people that work 9-5’s can’t achieve this independence because we are relying on a ‘paycheck’. It’s more than feasible to keep a regular 9-5 as your day job and have a side hustle or two and still achieve financial freedom
The amount i have learned from you in the past few weeks has given me not just the knowledge on how to save/invest but the courage and savvy to just do it. I've had some retirment accounts and some stocks from where i work but now i know what they are and how i can influence them further. Thank you for educating us in a simple way to truly impact our lives today and beyond.
I'm 24 and have a positive net worth, however this video has reminded me of the importance of having other streams of income. I am dying to go back to work after 4 long months of unemployment due to covid and it really makes you realize how quickly your income can go away.
I just turned 30 last month so very timely, love the advise, I am working full time, struggling to get the 2nd income stream, so look forward to hearing more thoughts in this area for someone who is currently working full time.
Rose, you are so amazing, thank you for all of your videos. You really motivated me to improve my financial health. I am 28 and I am still in debt. As I am approaching 30's I want to be debt free (at least with my credit cards...), so thank you for always motivating us! You are my financial therapist
I love your videos so much ! I made a decision that any additional income goes straight into a form of savings - split in % for a "travel fund", "mortgage overpayments" and "investing" ... so anything from things like pet sitting, or promotions at work etc! So no lifestyle creep or just wasting money on pointless things
These are the things no form of education, either from an institution or your parents ever teach you. Ironically, these are the lessons you actually need to learn as an adult but no one ever tells you until you learn it the hard way yourself. Sadly some people never will until it is too late. Thanks Rose.
Absolutely agree! The one thing every single one of us will have to deal with is completely ignored by our educational system. But we're expected to know how to use money correctly. Luckily, we live in an age where we have channels like Rose's. Sadly, you need to know to look for this sort of information.
@@Waleochronicles I actually stumbled upon it after crashing and burning my first business 😅 I wish I had a good understanding of finances, before starting a business.
Thank you so much for the encouragement at the end of the video Rose! It almost makes me cry that hearing it’s ok wherever you are at and it’s not too late to start building wealth and pay off debt. Thank you so much for what you are doing! ❤️
Become an adult is rough, isn’t it? Converting cash to assets is very wise although I wasn’t raised that way. I had to learn through my own education and experience. Many people are told to focus on savings rather than investing.
I totally agree, we are just thought to get a job and then use the salary for consumption. I am so happy that I found out that there is other ways to live your life. 😀
My parents used to look at investing as a way to "waste" money so I was raised with that mentality. It wasn't until I graduated and found a good job that I quickly realize that investment isn't a way to waste money, but a way to make more money. I mean it's a gamble to buy stocks or save up and invest in real estate, but if done right with thorough research, you won't have to worry about future financial problems and mitigate risk.
F savings, I've been investing all my money since I was 19. I'm 32 now and own a few STR homes and paying cash to build another STR, everyone always asks me I bet you have a great savings account... nope, none, I reinvest all my earnings because it makes more than the interest on a savings account.
I watched this video twice and took 4 pages of notes. As a 30-year old who just started a new career with an internship, I desperately needed to hear and be reminded of these fundamental values. Thank you.
HI, Rose, Your Tips and Advise is on point. You really hit home, and your presentation is AWESOME! If you had an overhead mic or one on you would really put you over the top. This would make you a award wining RUclipsr. Keep up with the excellent work…
I'm glad I've stumbled across your channel, Rose, subscribed. I've been living paycheck for the longest time. I've been paying myself first every paycheck and it feels good to have money saved.
I’ve worked for over 20 years, I’ve always had fears investing due to an investment I made in my sister’s company many years ago which eventually went bankrupt. Now in my early 40s, I’ve finally gained the confidence to start investing in index funds and individual stocks. Your videos are great and keep making great investment content.
I saw a careers counsellor and it was money very well spent. I may now be starting again being an intern at age 38, but I've found an industry I love that has the added bonus of great prospectsfor future financial returns too. Great advice all around with this video, thanks for your work.
Rose - Just gotta say that I'm a huge fan of your videos and advice. I feel so empowered after watching your videos and appreciate all the context you provide on the topics you discuss. Thanks for making such clear and straightforward educational content. A friend recommended your videos and I will definitely be continuing that recommendation chain!
I have huge debt, and my credit card debt is piling up until it's eating my life. 2020 is my wake up call year; I've lost a substantial amount of income due to pay cut, and I've developed anxiety. But now, I am trying my best to get on that track to relinquish my debt in 3 years time, and save up some funds for myself so I can start again, with 0 debts. You've inspired me a lot and I will continue to work on being a responsible adult, I may start with negatives for now, but I believe, the numbers will be green soon. Thank you very much, you're inspiring.

I really wish i started really focusing on investing when i was 20. Started at the age of 30 but now it consumes me. Investing into a roth and a brokerage account. Trying to pay off my mortgage as fast as possible to start investing in real estate. I have to slow my mind down about it sometimes and realize its a marathon, not a sprint. Just keep doing what im doing
My gosh, you are so right. I am almost 32 and I moved to Canada 2 years ago. I had to start almost since the beginning here and start a new life basically, It has been a bit hard to adapt and I thought, maybe this is not the best time to save money, I don't want to be stressed but like you said, there are not excuses, it is time to think more serious about the future. Thanks for sharing those advises!! I will be more in touch with your channel for sure!
Thanks, Rosa! - Currently 25 and started this year to put in place simple but effective changes to my finance and if feels so insane to have different income streams! Currently working getting my debt under and control! And building my assets! ❤🤘🔥
Amazing life and financial advice Rose! If I only had this video 20 to 30 yrs ago, I'd be a Warren Buffet by now. ;) Your wisdom is far beyond your years. You're a gift and a blessing! Keep your videos coming! :)
I thought I was the only one who had a monthly money date! 😂😂 I went from negative equity after my divorce two years ago to a healthy nest egg and saving and investing 56% of my income every month. I have a job, two additional income streams and I'm working on adding a fourth. Thank you for the wonderful content on this channel.
Thanks SO much for your advice. I have no idea what I’m doing and you’re giving me all the info that my parents never taught. Your youtube mom now. Thanks girl! Subbed!
I love how honest you are about having a mix of having so many side gigs, service jobs, 9-5's, and transitioning into working for yourself. Working at 14 years old? Props to you.
Thank you for posting! These are very specific and action-able. You make it accessible and encouraging Totally agree that trajectory is the most important component.
Im 39, i mainly invest in SP500 index fund with the lowest expense ratio. I just followed this very simple steps. I opened and try to max out my ROTH IRA and luckily have a ROTH 401 which i try to max the $19500 per year is some years. Today i have a total investments of $714,000 net. I realized that once you reach a certain threshhold a little bit more does not really add up to my happiness.
Those Rose life experience one-liners are golden. This was an excellent video. Although I am exiting my 30's, I wish I had this info in my early 30's or before. However I have applied many of them; which is better than not moving in the direction towards financial freedom.
I'm 21 but I'm so inspired to keep planning for my future! Hoping to be able to support myself, my parents, and eventually, my own family😊🙏 I loved your introduction!!
I also treat my savings/investments as bills. I feel so poor after all my monthly bills so I end up not spending anything on unnecessary stuff. What best works for me is to get it automatically debited every month. Anything leftover goes to emergency fund.
I am an Electric Engineer student (22 years old), so I dont have enough money to invest, but I started investing 20 euros at a time. It was bad when I invested 100 hard earned euros and watched them lose value. I went from 100 to 30 euros, but I decided I didnt care and went long. Now my 100 euro investment is worth 750 euro! Its not much, but slowly but surely I am starting to invest more and more. Thanks for the great info !
Your videos are super helpful!! I'm finally buckling down to make money changes I've wanted to for years and your info is really helping me stay on track. Thank you!!
Love the tips and loving the channel so far, getting lots of value from it. I turn 28 this year so hopefully I'm slightly ahead of the curve, my only regret is not starting to invest money when I turned 21!
I'm 28. Aiming to be done with paying off my student loans in two and a half years. Definitely needed the "paying yourself first" advice, especially with what's going on right now.
I’m a dividend investor My wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government, and through Fidelity in her 401-k.Cashed out 270k from the S&P and invested with a Full service broker . Until around 4 years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years.I'm retiring at the end of this month at 62, while my wife will retire next year at 60. We currently have 1.7 million in out tax deferred savings..so I don't actually agree with this..
@@nataliehinnes5221 Certainly I do but I can’t just leave her info here, just google her yourself, her full name is Lucy Maria Koss, she has a website and everything so you can reach her from there
You gained a new subscriber! In the last video you mentioned experiencing 9/11 in middle school which I can relate. Now I know we share commonality in age. 31 over here in August, fellow '89 baby! You mesh with where I'm at currently. Keep up the good work!❤
wow thank you for your advise! I am 25 now and I am feeling lost about my career. I want to choose between getting a "real" job or start a business, it is a hard choice, but I feel like your videos definitely inspired me a lot
Wise advice. I loved the last tip the best. 😊 Totally agree about the inner scorecard. 🙌🏻 If you feel like you MUST compete, compete with yourself! Be better than you were last month, or last year!
Goal 5, I could not agree more. During the last 10 years my employer has been unable to pay for up to 45 days so I have had to look for another way to make money (and have savings) to be able to pay my expenses with no paycheck
On minute 18:13 you said that ones in your 50s it’s too late to create some wealth through investing? So if is true then what can a person in that situation do? Thanks by the way , you are an inspiration 😀

Fantastic tips, Rose. One thing you said that really resonated with me was at the beginning of your video, "focus on direction, not speed." Occasional comparisons can serve as a motivating factor but overall, comparisons are never done fairly for the simple reason that no one begins the "race" at the same starting life.
I totally agree. Too many focus on speed and end up taking too high risk and loosing in the end. Slow and steady most often wins the race.

have assets and reserves, and investments. 401k. have self flowing money! recommends stocks and bonds, but bonds has interest, so dividends is better.
suggests roth ira and index fund investment transferred from income.
3) get over fear of investing!
financial freedom isn't just by income saving! brings up inflation! its like running up a down escalator.

talks about her class in pinned comments, 3 secrets to investing in times of uncertainty.
4) paying yourself first, treating it like a bill. saving a percentage then spend.
this will help you leave living paycheck to paycheck!

5) diversify income streams, its so obvios with all layoffs, you are secure with more then one stream of money making!
6) Get on the path to becoming debt Free!
credit card, car loans are very bad, morgage says it goes to equity.
7 ) Monthly money date, if you can't manage it
mint and other apps.
assets are your ownings, your liabilities are you owe, then net worth... this should go up every month!
try not to compare yourself, we are on our own and compete against yourself!
outer score card makes you spend, vs doing things that make you happy, and didn't lose money in dot com bubble!
building wealth is an inner game!

And one last thing, the new job I got is something I can see myself In long term (at last). This decade is looking up 🙏🏽
First tip is spot on. Resigned from my work at 33 and find something that I love doing.
I work for the NHS, I want another income Ratio Acedemy is a business my mum made to help families find time to bond
Thanks.
Thank you for dumbing this down for me. I was scratching my head the whole time when I was reading Rich Dad poor Dad.
“What gets measured gets managed” I love it 💕❤️💕
I’ve been watching your videos accidentally last night and I find all your recommendations very relatable and wise financial advices that I encounter on my 45 years of existence--- start investing as early as you can -- and I learned a lot from your videos, some I already knew but not doing it yet and it turns to a reality check for me to do more and agressive with savings and investing.
I’m 29 and I want to start! I’m so scared of Investing but I’m eager to better my financial literacy. Thank you for your channel!
It’s not scary. Not investing is scary to me
Great tips, I wish I can starts at my 20 years again (dreaming).
The car is next for sure, maybe over 2-3 years
Keep going! Never give up!
You don’t have to be in your 30s.! Start today in your 20s!!
Great tips Rosy Rose!! 🌹
As soon as possible, to let compound interest work a long time for you.
What about in your 50s?
You're just the best, Rose!! Thanks for sharing your sensible perspective.
What a well-put, nonjudgmental take on the age-based milestones. Definitely refreshing to see in the (personal) finance community!
Rose, you are so amazing, thank you for all of your videos. You really motivated me to improve my financial health. I am 28 and I am still in debt. As I am approaching 30's I want to be debt free (at least with my credit cards...), so thank you for always motivating us! You are my financial therapist
Thank you very much for all the great advise. I’m way pass my thirties, but like the saying goes better late than never.
@@TheBitcoinExperience you are absolutely right. Knowing to look for this form of education is the first step.
@@Waleochronicles I actually stumbled upon it after crashing and burning my first business 😅
I wish I had a good understanding of finances, before starting a business.
"Pay yourself first"
I recognized The Richest Man in Babylon reference immediately
I read the book. It's a good one :-)
I have only just found you and I love how you simplify it for people who have no idea. New subscriber from Australia ❤️
Stock Investment Analysis im raising my son teaching him about investing 😃
I totally agree, we are just thought to get a job and then use the salary for consumption. I am so happy that I found out that there is other ways to live your life. 😀
My parents used to look at investing as a way to "waste" money so I was raised with that mentality. It wasn't until I graduated and found a good job that I quickly realize that investment isn't a way to waste money, but a way to make more money. I mean it's a gamble to buy stocks or save up and invest in real estate, but if done right with thorough research, you won't have to worry about future financial problems and mitigate risk.
I agree with this I struggle to break that unconscious belief for awhile. I even question my sanity lol
Thank you.
💚💚💚💚💚
HI, Rose, Your Tips and Advise is on point. You really hit home, and your presentation is AWESOME! If you had an overhead mic or one on you would really put you over the top. This would make you a award wining RUclipsr. Keep up with the excellent work…
With federal student loans, you can enroll in the income based repayment plan that can reduce your payments to as low as $0 in some situations.
You are so welcome!
Thanks For Watching.!

Many thanks for putting topics and timestamps in your video descriptions! It's nice to see the talking points before diving in.
Totally feel you on this... Started on my thirties as well. Feel like i gotta lot to make up lol 😂👍
Good content! Everyone in 30s should listen!
I do :-)
Wow! I learn something NEW everyday! Thank you Rose!
I thought I was the only one who had a monthly money date! 😂😂
I went from negative equity after my divorce two years ago to a healthy nest egg and saving and investing 56% of my income every month.
This is such a great video.
Why this is not taught at school is utterly perplexing.
Thank you for posting! These are very specific and action-able. You make it accessible and encouraging Totally agree that trajectory is the most important component.
30s were where I got over my fear of investing 🙌🏾, awesome video
Im 39, i mainly invest in SP500 index fund with the lowest expense ratio. I just followed this very simple steps. I opened and try to max out my ROTH IRA and luckily have a ROTH 401 which i try to max the $19500 per year is some years. Today i have a total investments of $714,000 net. I realized that once you reach a certain threshhold a little bit more does not really add up to my happiness.
Great advice! Love all of your videos and now you are my favorite youtuber, keep it up ~!!
Just watching your into was so encouraging! Youre great find! Excited to watch your channel grow! Thanks for this invaluable resource rose!
Those Rose life experience one-liners are golden. This was an excellent video. Although I am exiting my 30's, I wish I had this info in my early 30's or before. However I have applied many of them; which is better than not moving in the direction towards financial freedom.
It is never too late to take control of your financial situation and start pursuing your goals. 🙂
I'm 21 but I'm so inspired to keep planning for my future! Hoping to be able to support myself, my parents, and eventually, my own family😊🙏 I loved your introduction!!
Hey do you have some sort of social medias,in order to discuss investment strategies together
EYYY 21 GANG! Dude what types of investments are you trying for?
Good tips ! Im turning 25 this year. And this video definitely gives me good tips of what i can work towards.
Thank you!!
OMG, the inner scorecard idea is genius. I love you!
I love the financial date night. I am going to have one tonight.
You got this!
Can you make in depth video about Real Estate and how should soon to be property owners should approach it. Love your videos!
We currently have 1.7 million in out tax deferred savings..so I don't actually agree with this..
you made that much from s&p500!! do you by any chance do referrals on your broker?
@@nataliehinnes5221 Certainly I do but I can’t just leave her info here, just google her yourself, her full name is Lucy Maria Koss, she has a website and everything so you can reach her from there
She’s a solid RUclips-er.
If you invest in the s&p 500 you're an index investor. You are not a dividend investor
I think your advice is fantastic for people of any age. Keep up the good work, Rose!
Always great Rose, your words show the right path to achie financial independence!
I can’t believe I didn’t find this video sooner. Great advice, awesome and helpful videos. I’m subscribing
I am so thankful to you and your videos! I have understood investment better and am on my trajectory to better financial discipline!
@Investing With Rose thanks a lot Rose !
I love how kind and expressive you are. Great tips. Keep it up!
I love listening to her talk. I’ve already saved up $500 just following her advice. She’s amazing. She knows what she’s talking about
Monitor and improve your credit. Starting early is the key
You gained a new subscriber! In the last video you mentioned experiencing 9/11 in middle school which I can relate. Now I know we share commonality in age. 31 over here in August, fellow '89 baby! You mesh with where I'm at currently. Keep up the good work!❤
One tip: If giving tips/bullet points add the tip to the bottom of the screen for the duration of your explanation. Makes time-stamping a breeze!
Agreed! I kept fast-forwarding.
She already added time stamps
wow thank you for your advise!
She is such an amazing teacher
BTW, awesome video. I'm 28 years old, and only started my path 4 years ago.
On minute 18:13 you said that ones in your 50s it’s too late to create some wealth through investing? So if is true then what can a person in that situation do? Thanks by the way , you are an inspiration 😀
