That IS a sweet car! I saw it at the Chryslers at Carlisle in one of the Grandstand buildings in 2000 or 2001. Talked to the owner for about an hour or so. He told me a few stories about it when he bought it and it was delivered. I 'know' it was the first years for 14" wheels with a Hemi but it looks weird. There was a yellow Hemi GTX ('71) in Colorado that had 14" wheels and 'Brady Bunch' wheel covers.
The reason the mileage is so low is because I remember the guy telling me, I guess he lives in a small town, everytime he wanted to take the car out, it was like a 'little' car show in front of his house with people congregating.

It'd be nice to see the car as a whole.
The engine and the engine compartment they all start to look the same after a while.

That cars got to turn some CRAZY RPMs with those short 14" tires and 4:10s! I've got a '71 GTX with a Super Track Pak but it's got 15" rallyes with taller tires and I can't even stand that. A guy I knew that worked at a big dealership told me that's why a lot of 440's and Hemi's with these low ratios high numerically) had replacement short blocks in them. I had a few that had the 'blue' tags on the engines.
